"Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!"

"This was a great place to stay within walking distance of the downtown area of Lucca. The rooms were large and nice, breakfast was simple yet good and the access to the coffee machine was fantastic! "

"Clean and spacious flat. Quiet neighbourhood. 5 mins walk into the old city. Free parking at the building. Friendly staff (thanks Sara). Hallway a bit noisy if other guests arrive or leave and cleaning person in the morning. "

"The room was very clean and modern. The onsite parking was a big plus because it's in the ZTL. The use of the bikes was fun and super convenient. The staff helpful and gave us maps and directions. The breakfast was quite large and varied. Coffee was quite good and the staff capable and prompt. A little happy hour at 5 was nice with beer, wine and aperol spritz."

"This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary."
