"We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, the vibe, the food and most importantly, the staff. Everyone was kind and courteous, especially Abeba. She was so helpful and always had great recommendations. I feel like I made a friend in the short time we were there."

"Highly recommend. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is great! Strategically located being super close to Centrale. IQ hotel made our visit to Milan more enjoyable!"

"Excelente espacio para 2 adultos y 1 o 2 niños, así como tener suficientes servicios disponibles/"

"Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación del metro. Muchas opciones de comida alrededor. Se puede ir a pie a varias atracciones turísticas. La zona es segura."

"Some spots in the shower were dirty and I would change the wall color or repaint because the walls looked dirty"

"Service is excellent"

"Stay was fine however there were some things to note. The 24 reception was not 24-hour staffed, there was no breakfast available onsite and no telephone in the room to contact anyone in case of an emergency. Had these details been made clearer at the time of booking, I may have reconsidered staying here. The hotel is also tucked away on a residential street, rather than in an obvious hotel setting with no clear signage. This can be a little off-putting on arrival and makes the property...

"Location, Location."

"Facilities were nice and well maintained. Excellent location, very nice and helpful staff."

"Everything was great"

"Staff was friendly, the room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. Pretty convient to Milano Centrale station and another metro stop. Several restaurants close to the hotel. 4 stars due to asking front desk for something 3 different times and being told it would be sent to the room and it never arrived."

"Very close to Milan station"

"Location was what we needed."

"I loved the whole experience, and the location above all is great."

"It’s conveniently located near the entrance of the train station, but to the various platforms is a walk. So do cater walking time for it. There is no restaurant or supermarket nearby. And the hotel only provided 2 bottled water. This was a little distasteful. Especially when we were back in hotel near 10pm."
