"The staff was excellent! The hotel was in the middle of the old district and walkable to many sights including the ocean. The front door was a shocker but would not change it realizing it fit the age of the area with electronic lock. Have absolutely no negative comments for our entire stay."

"My daughter and I stayed for five nights in August and we love the location. The suite is clean. It has easy access to transportation and there’s lots to do right outside this location. I will definitely be returning."

"Great location for walking to all the sights and dining!!! Giuseppe was the best!! Breakfast was a dream!! HIGHLY recommend!"

"Though breakfast was not included when I got the property even though it was an option I added prior to booking the place - I still rate 5 stars due to its super cleanliness, amazing staff especially Angela who gave me and my son a smile. The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral 👍"

"The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!"

"Very unique experience staying here! The room was bigger than expected with a personal bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, helped us carry luggage on and off and prepared a very nice breakfast every morning. The front of the boat had a beautiful area to sit and lounge outside. Parking free at the dock, and staff always assisted with opening/closing the dock gait for us. Would definitely recommend for travelers!"
