Viatges a Pian di Sole

Top hotel👍

Room was clean, very close to town centre. Parking was conveniently close to the hotel. Restaurant on site seems lovely. The room was spacious. Bathroom had accesibility items such a pull bar etc. Overall I am very happy with this hotel.

I made a reservation at this hotel because of a recommendation of a friend who had stayed several years before, and that specific location I needed to stay I upgraded the single room (100mts) to a larger single room (129mts) with amenities and it was confirmed, but when I checked in the hotel staff assigned me the worst room ever (405) It was extremely small even though I was confirmed on a larger one, but the worst thing about it was the condition of the room. Not only was it extremely small, but the paint was coming off the bathroom, the walls were all scuffed, the little lamp burned on one side, and it did not even had a regular bed, it was a cot and very uncomfortable, that room does not qualify for even a 1 star I complained to the hotel staff and I have to acknowledge he was empathetic but couldn’t change my room that night as the hotels he said was sold out. I think he was so embarrassed by the room I was assigned, he came up to the room to let me know he would change me to a better room the following night, which was a much better room. I did appreciate it Still this is not a 3 star hotel at all, but their prices are, look for another hotel, I do not recommend it
