"Instead of this villa we stayed at a smaller villa because apparently the Phu Luc was already reserved. The other villa was in a good location and still comfortable, however it would have been nice to have stayed at the larger location that I paid for. I'm not really sure what the price difference would have been. But totally not a cool experience."

"All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, love the overall design and setting in the hillsides. The restaurant food was delicious and services was great. We enjoy the peaceful and comfort of our room with the balcony. Getting away from all the heavy traffic and congestion was our main goal with this place. "Overall not a bad stay. My biggest gripe, as an American, is they advertise air conditioning but there is none in the entire building. That was not great overall. Fortunately it wasn’t crazy hot at night since you're in the mountains. But it’s one of the main reasons I booked it. But it was quite cheap and a good budget hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. It’s also much further to the market than I expected. Plan on taking a Grab. But the Grab was only about 48k dong. So not terrible."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very cute and nicely decorated. Place was kept clean. We were close to everything-a short grab ride to all downtown festivities. Only thing we found out was there was no AC in the rooms-but we really didn’t need it here.
