"The hotel staff was by far the most friendliest and kindest people. The hotel was awesome amazing view and cold AC and a good tv. By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at we loved the staff so much we stayed longer!!!"

"2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました) とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。"

"Lần thứ 3 quay lại Khách sạn này vì rất hài lòng về dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng ở đây. Nhân viên tinh tế tư vấn nhiều địa điểm chek in sống ảo , phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Mình thích ngắm khung cảnh toàn thành phố trên hồ bơi vào lúc hoàng hôn cực chill luôn á. Sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè"

"Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was well equiped with a 3/4 sized fridge that was super cold and it also had a microwave and a single element cook top. The night markets are next door to the hotel. Mini- marts across the street, heaps of places to eat, drink. The promenade along the beach front is really nice to walk along and the area felt safe."

"파노라마 건물 방이랑 주최가 너무 많아서 바다가 보이고 크기가 넓은 방들 중에서 가격이 적절한 데로 선택했습니다. 결과는 대만족입니다. 위생적으로도 전혀 문제를 못 느꼈고 깨끗하고 방 정말 넓고 고층에서 보는 바다 뷰가 정말 미쳤습니다. 리조트 식으로 운영되는데가 아니다 보니까 아마 담당하시는 분이 카톡으로 관리해주시는 것 같아요. 저의 경우 serein이라는 분이였고 체크인 전부터 체크아웃까지 하나씩 챙겨주셔가지고 아주 편하고 좋았습니다 이 가격에 이 뷰에 이 크기에 이 위치라니 후회없었어요. 아 유일한 단점은 거의 작동 안하는 냉장고입니다. 근데 그건 베트남의 다른 리조트 갔을 때도 그랬어가지고.. 그거는 파노라마 위치 빨로 편의점서 시원한거 사와서 해결했습니다🙂 루프탑 수영장도 너무 좋구요. "

"2박하였습니다 걱정과 달리 너무 좋은 풀빌라였습니다 다만, 2일째 밤 11시쯤 들어왔는데 청소가 하나도 되어있지 않았고 수건만 4장 올려져있었습니다. 화장지도 교체하지 않아 불편했고 칫솔 등 교체가 되지않았습니다. 그냥 수건만 4장 놓고 갔는데 늦은 시간이라 따로 연락하지는 않았습니다. 하지만 가격대비 훌륭한 빌라는 인정!"

"住宿位置很好，但是同棟大樓有太多入口，沒有清楚告知是哪個入口，開車到地下室停好車找不到哪個電梯是可以到住宿大樓"

"Mình rất thích cách bố trí trong căn hộ, đầy đủ các tiện nghi từ bếp, máy giặt đến đồ dùng nhà bếp. Mình có cảm giác như đang ở nhà vậy, rất thoải mái và tiện lợi. Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ Mường Thanh Viễn Triều. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, view biển cực kỳ ấn tượng. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình và chu đáo, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần thiết. Một trải nghiệm nghỉ dưỡng đáng nhớ"

"The host is amazing and extremely helpful to cater for everything requested. The property is literally opposite the most central point of Nha Trang beach with all restaurants and fun spots within very short walking distance. The difference in the stay was totally due to the host Ms Nhi who goes the extra mile to make your trip as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We visited twice and both times had an amazing stay with have absolutely nothing to complain about."

"The host is very enthusiastic The receptionist checked in quickly and supported me to send my laundry, pick it up the same day so it was quite convenient The high floor room has a super nice view, the equipment in the room is comfortable and new. I stayed on the 30th floor but the water pressure was still very strong. The room price is reasonable I will definitely come back here next time"
