"Thank you Vietnam and the friendly host for this vacation. Everything was perfect, my family and I had a great experience here. The swimming pool is clean, airy and spacious, you need to check in to get in. Although it is a bit complicated, I feel more secure. The room space here is very clean, cleaned when I arrived. Even when I needed more towels and other items in the middle of the night, they always supported 24/7. What I like most is the view from my room, very beautiful in the evening....

"They organised a room with a great view of Landmark 81 and also nicely decorated our room and provided a lovely birthday cake for us to celebrate. Great welcoming staff too. Was more than happy with the Studio Executive room we stayed in. Easy to call a taxi/Grab to nearby Landmark 81 or Thao Dien. "

"This was hotel was amazing, it felt like our own condo but hotel feel. It had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable. It was so clean and the amenities were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The security was top notch, we even made a good friend with one of them. Highly recommended!!"

"Apartment style living with two bedrooms, two baths. Master bedroom had an en suite. When I booked the property it was called Lavis 18 on Expedia. The name must’ve changed to Do Than Residence from the time I booked to the time of my arrival so that made it a little confusing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
