I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
I found mould on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom.
The TV was not tuned, and there were no stations to watch.
I found loose tiles on the floor.
The walls in the bedroom were clearly dirty.
There were some other issues as well, but you get the idea...
Despite my complaints about these issues (and after moving two rooms), none of them were addressed. I requested a partial refund, which was not provided. I complained in writing to Agoda with no avail. I even wrote two emails to hotel management. This equates to five lines of communication over about three days (two in-person human interactions, Agoda messaging, and two emails to hotel management). There was sufficient time to fix these issues, so I would like to hear why this was not done and why at least a partial refund was not provided. Hotel management has some explaining to do.
Given that the issues were not resolved and no partial refund was provided (rejected twice), I will never stay at this hotel again. I will now be pursuing a full refund.
