Phoenix Lodge: ATV Accessible Roads!

Welcome to Phoenix Lodge, your home away from home during your Northern Pennsylvania adventures! Phoenix Lodge accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 2 single) and 1 bathroom. This home is located on the corner of an ATV accessible road which can lead you to many miles of road to travel on off road vehicle! Enjoy a quiet evening under the stars around the firepit or travel nearby to Cherry Springs State Park for the ultimate star gazing experience.



Phoenix Lodge is a ranch style home with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area boasting a cozy gas fireplace, and spacious dining area. The well-stocked kitchen includes a 4-burner stove (no oven), microwave, dishwasher, rice steamer, toaster, air fryer and a Bunn coffee pot.



The first bedroom is large and has a Queen bed and work space, while the second bedroom offers a full size bed and a twin bed and trundle bunk combo. The homes bathroom has a walk-in shower and down the hall is a laundry room to accommodate longer stays.



Phoenix Lodge guests will enjoy central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private porch, WiFi, and a Smart TV. ATV approved roads are nearby for adventure seekers and there is parking for your trailer.



We provide a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Please bring any additional supplies you may need for your stay. Linens and towels are provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free getaway.

Guests are solely responsible for knowing and following all current DCNR (Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) rules and regulations regarding ATV use in the area.MVR Vacation Rentals, Inc. is not responsible for providing updates on DCNR policies, nor are we liable for any violations, fines, accidents, or injuries that may occur while operating ATVs.We strongly encourage all guests to check with the official DCNR website or local authorities for the most up-to-date rules before riding.



This home is equipped with a security camera capturing audio and video and monitors the driveway area for the safety of our home and security of our guests.
