Remodeled Gated Unit with Large Decks, 3 pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball

Fabulous fully furnished and remodeled 1,080 square foot condo features a large deck with tropical views toward the main pool. Unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that are separated by the large open great room and kitchen for added privacy. The unit is on the 2nd floor with convenient access to the parking, the main pool, hot tub and the common barbeque area. Everything in the complex is kept pristine and clean by the full time onsite maintenance staff.

The unit has been completely remodeled with brand new appliances, living room and bedroom furniture, three flat panel TV's, new mattresses, bedding, linens, and accessories and other cookware and utensils for the kitchen. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the guest bedroom.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts.

Tracy was amazing and so kind when we had to call at midnight. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed the pool. My daughter and family stay in this complex when they come to Phoenix so thank you for the clean and safe environment. Hoping to come back.

Tracy was so welcoming. The condo is beautifully appointed. It was very clean and had everything we needed as a home base for our son and daughter-in-law's baby shower. I felt very safe in the gated community. The common areas are well manicured. I eould stay here again. Thank you Tracy!

This was such an wonderful place to stay. Tracy was a super host, answered messages quickly. The condo was beautiful and had everything I needed plus more. Super nice to sit out on balcony in the morning and read a book, quiet and peaceful. Pool close to condo as well. We came down for soccer games and only about 15minutes to fields. I would definitely recommend her place and would stay again.

We used this as our home base while moving our son to GCU. It was fantastic. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is big. While we didn’t have time to use the pool this trip, we are looking forward to it on our next trip.

Great Condo

We loved the condo as well as the extras the hosts provided. There were paper plates, towels, napkins, etc. which was so nice that we did not need to buy these. There was a load of clean towels in each bathroom so we could change out as we chose. The location is central to most of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, etc. However, the actual neighborhood that this condo complex is in, is in a more industrial area with car repair shops, etc. The condo felt very safe but we needed to go elsewhere to look for amenities. Plan to go back in the future.

Great Stay for working vacation central Location 5 stars

In town to watch our daughter in a college soccer showcase and visit friends and work in off hours. Easy access to much of the Phoenix area. Well Appointed unit, very clean and very comfortable. Very large gated Complex has multiple pools, sports courts etc, that we didn't get a chance to use. Unit was great. Tracy was very attentive even calling me prior to make sure i had received the welcome packet as we were arriving late. 3 minor issues to note: 1. Complex is large with minimal signage with dim lighting. It took us a while to find the unit and parking. 2. Not much in immediate area - No grocery open at 11PM. but lots of options within 15-minute drive 3. 12th street gate code did not work (there was a sign to use January's code - which i didn't have, but another resident gave me. Plus - Great Host! - Clean, comfortable, well appointed unit. - Central location.

Hiking trip to Phoenix

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this location for four days. The unit was very clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. Super comfortable bed. The check-in process was simple and we were appreciative of the notebook the owner supplied with local information about restaurants, shopping, markets, etc. The owner responded promptly to our messages. We would definitely stay again.

Pointe Resort

We were very pleased with our condo in Pointe Resort. It was very clean, well-equipped and had ample linens, towels, etc. There were also extras such as napkins, papers plates, ziplock bags and plastic wrap. We did not need to contact the host, nor the manager, but appreciated having their numbers readily available. We have stayed at Pointe Resort for 20 yrs or so. It is well maintained, has lovely pools and is easily accessed from multiple directions. We would not hesitate to stay again. Cathy Littlefield

Great Experience

We came to Phoenix for the WM Phoenix Open. The Condo was perfect for us and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The beds were AWESOME and the sheets - AMAZING! The condo was more than stocked with the extras so all we had to buy were a few groceries. Tracy was so wonderful to work with. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. Highly recommend.
