Quiet, Cute, Clean Home in South Phoenix/Ahwatukee

  • Located in the unique, upscale Ahwatukee neighborhood of Lakewood. This home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. It is located in the Lakewood Community in the heart of Ahwatukee. This is a very quiet and safe community. There are 2 beautiful lakes, walking trails and a park in the center of the community., there is plenty to see and do nearby. Situated between South Mountain and the Gila River Indian Reservation, this attractive master-planned community is nestled snugly right off I-10 and the 202 freeway. Close car ride to all spring training facilities downtown, casinos, and the Premier outlet mall. Located approximately 20 minutes south of the airport. Easy access to I-10, I-202 and I-101.We have a community lake and park in our subdivision. There are Ramada’s with grills if you wish to cookout. The lake is stocked with fish for catch and release.


    The space
    There are three queen beds, and if needed a air mattress per request.
    Our home have cable TV, living room and master bedroom. We have a pool but it is not heated. Bring your swimsuits and enjoy AZ’s wonderful weather.

    Guest access
    Guests may use the keyless lock to enter. A garage door opener is provided. Guests are welcome to use the garage.

    Interaction with guests
    I live five minutes away and is available to help most of the time.

    Other things to note
    Our home has a garage for two cars to park for your use during your stay if needed. We also have some personal items that are not for use. Thank you

Nice neighborhood

This was a very nice place to stay. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with cookware and dishes. Having access to the garage was very appreciated. The home is in an attractive, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We had easy access to the highway, restaurants, and shopping which made our stay extremely enjoyable. The neighboorhood was also fantastic. We had great access to a walking trail and a great view of the lake. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Pheonix area I would highly recommend this place.

Relaxing

We came to Phoenix for my daughter's graduation from ASU. The location was ideal for our travels to and from campus. We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked, very clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our family enjoyed time by the pool and the covered patio was a great place to gather both during the day and in the evening.

This home is great. Close to anything you could need-groceries, restaurants, golf, entertainment, shopping, medical, & gas. Wi fi & tvs work great. Host keeps the pool spotless. We have stayed here several years & will return. We highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful home

Very clean and spacious. Nicely appointed with all the things you’ll need. Pool is beautiful, yard has plenty of furniture for lounging. Very relaxing. Really nice area. Property manager was very communicative. I give it 5 stars. The pool isn’t heated. That would have been a nice benefit.

Plenty of everything!

This cute house is located in the prettiest housing addition. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, hiking trails, places of interest. The hostess is very attentive, hard working and sweet! the pool is beautiful and kept very clean as is the house. You can use the garage & the grill. Outside, the pool is fenced, there is a little fire pit and 2 seating areas. And the internet works great. what more could you wish for? There's PLENTY!!!!!
