    - Your safety matters. This property features 1 Ring exterior security camera located on the front of the house facing the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

Our family enjoyed staying in this house. Was great to have both the pool and playground in the back yard. Location was in a good neighborhood and also close to a lot of restaurants and things to do

Nice, clean, and functional residence. Felt right at home. Nice touch to have adjustable beds. Lot of stores and eateries nearby. Will definitely stay there again if we need to be in the Paradise Valley area. Host was very helpful and accommodating

This property was perfect for our family for a wedding. Close to highways, stores etc. Well stocked, clean comfortable. Spent loads of time sitting outside and enjoying the yard.

This was one of the better houses we’ve stayed at while in Phoenix. The private pool with toys and a playground was perfect and kept my kids entertained the entire time! All of the switches in the home are labeled which helped A LOT so we easily knew what went to what. This was also a house that had a lot in the fridge and in the cabinets to use whether it was out there intentionally or paid forward from the last guest it was nice to have spices and condiments to cook with. It was perfect for us and will definitely look into booking again for future stays!

Great Place

This place had everything you might want on the property and was a 15 minute ride to TPC Scottsdale. I’d recommend Zeb was a great host.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time in Arizona and the Helena house. Good location, beautiful home, nice and comfortable. Had every thing we needed. The pool was a must for July. We’d go back there again for sure.

Perfect little get away!

Loved this home over Thanksgiving! The yard is private and safe for pets abd children. The pool is beautiful. The home is packed with everything you would need and they even left snacks! Love our stay and would rent this home again!

Excellent and clean

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4 and mother in law. The back yard and pool were great for the kids (and us). Easy access to the 101 to get around the city quickly and fry’s was 2 mins away for anything we needed. Would for sure stay here again. Zeb was very responsive for the couple questions we had.

Wonderful home for wonderful stay

This house has everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. It’s located near trails, shopping and coffee shops. It is in a quiet family neighborhood that is convenient to major freeways. With a pool and a small playground it fits for all ages. I will be back for sure!

Mission rest stop

This place was amazing and perfect for us. We were in town for a mission trip so not at the house much. Great place for our afternoon break and wonderful place to unwind and relax at night. Very clean and organized home. Very comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. Grocery and other shopping close by and easy access to the freeway was really a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

This was my second time to this property and I enjoyed it very much. Came down with a few girlfriends for a some sunshine, relaxation and a few concerts. We got some great weather so we were able to take advantage of the pool before it gets too cold. The backyard is very welcoming and I spent most of my time enjoying the sun and fun as I have to return to rainy Seattle. The house is close to the 51 freeway which made it easy to get to the concerts, downtown or Scottsdale. Lots of amenities near by. I'll be back. It's a great spot to do a trip with a group of friends or family.

The place was clean and comfortable. Nice big TV in the living room. Pool was also clean, although there is some exposed concrete near the steps. The biggest issue was the washing machine. The machine stopped during the cycle and would not drain. We tried everything. Eventually, I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The machine drained but then stopped again. Clothes did not get a 2nd rinse nor a spin. I reached out to John (property manager) via text and explained the problem. He was previously aware of the issue and replied that we needed to wait "about an hour or so" for the machine to drain. Obviously, this is not conducive to washing clothes and is a huge inconvenience. I politely responded that we could probably agree the house needed a new washing machine. He never responded after that. We would not stay here again.
