Wedding

We reserved the property to be close for a family wedding. We got off to a rocky spot but the property manager was quick to correct the problem. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the pool. Would stay here again.

Great home

Home was very clean and appliances were great. Plenty of bedrooms and the pool table was entertaining for our teenagers. Mattresses were comfortable.

House vs. Hotel

We tried a house rental over a hotel stay for our annual visit with family. The house rental was so much better for relaxing after a day of outings with family and this rental property cost the same as the hotel we usually stay at. So worth the change.

Overall, the place met our needs being spacious with enough room for everyone and it was clean overall. We did have to look around the house for enough towels, but was able to communicate with the host easily to get it resolved. Other than that, it was a good stay

The best family-friendly rental we have stayed at so far.

Everything about the house rental was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood in the east valley. Beds were comfortable, furniture comfortable, and kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We would love to rent this house every time we come back to Arizona. 5 stars and great quality from the owners and property manager.

The location of this home is great and in a nice neighborhood. The yard of this property is awesome. The grandkids loved the pool! The slide/rock feature is falling apart and has a keep out sign on it (not in photos). The house is good for big groups but needs some updating and a good cleaning!! Don’t know if I would stay here again

Lots of swimming

The house was clean and the pool was very nice, you could get rid of the eye sore of a slide that isn’t a slide. The house needs a bit of up dating and the ice maker and outside lights don’t work even though we followed the directions. The lights were disappointing at night. The house sleeps 8 or 9 but there were only enough pool large towels for 4. Location was great though as well as the pool.

A very good and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood

I am here to echo what other reviewers have said about the size, quality, convenient location and amenities of this property. It is quiet, located suitably far back from the street, and feels insulated from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding neighborhood. My adult son, significant other and I felt very at-home here. We stayed for 3 days/ nights and we could have definitely been happy with a longer stay! Only minor issue we had was that there were no accessible lighting controls for the driveway and the front door of the house. I don't like entering a house in the dark. We also were a bit disappointed that the pool was not heated, but I understand this is common with Arizona outdoor pools. We would definitely stay here again! The pool table was particularly enjoyed by our group!

Beautiful house, lovely neighborhood.

The house is gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood.We loved the "hybrid" snooker/9 ball pool table.It is difficult to keep up on a vacation home, it felt like we were visiting right before the 6 month "check up" for things, however, when I contacted the management company they were very responsive and had wash clothes and dishtowels sent via Amazon the next day.The master bedroom bed is a soft, mushy one-if you love this kind you are in for a treat, if you like a firm mattress, you need to try another.The pool is not heated.I did not think this would matter in Phoenix where the weather, when we were there was 104 degrees.For some reason, that little space does not get warm.The pool is amazing-but it is cold.Like really cold-I think it is hovering around 80 degrees, it felt a little chillier than my lap pools.We swam during the day, but I wanted to come home at night and swim under the lovely twinkly lights and it was too cold with the lovely weather.

We had an amazing stay at this Queen Creek rental—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with all the comforts of home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the location was convenient to shops and restaurants, and the home offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were attentive, responsive, and made check-in effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

Room for multiple families, great location

Our kids had a soccer camp at Bell Bank Park - located less than 15 mins away. This location was perfect, as the kids had multiple daily sessions and we could come back and forth to the house as needed. The space here is incredible - so much room. We had a family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) A family of 2 (dad and daughter) A family of 2 (mom and daughter) and the number of rooms and beds was probably more than we even needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishware. We cooked in every night. We had groceries delivered and the driver easily found the address. There is a playground in the subdivision within walking distance - which we walked to several times. My only regret is that we didn't take advantage of the outdoor area with lovely cafe lights - our kids were so spent after soccer and swimming every day we went to bed. It would be a great place to have a nightcap.
