How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time (No Garage Access)
• The capacity of this home is 6 adults and their children
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Unfortunately the pool lights did not work so we were unable to utilize it in the evening.On a positive note, Dora from the property management group was absolutely amazing. Family Vacation

The house was excellent for our recent family vacation. With enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable along with cooking and entertaining space. The pool was excellent and having it heated made it very enjoyable. The location in Scottsdale is fantastic for dining and entertainment.

Friends weekend

This property is AMAZING! The photos don't due it justice. The moment you walk in the home you gasp at its decor and size. Great location, walkable to shopping and restaurants. The entire process was terrific...whenever I had a question, I would receive an almost immediate response. This home is a 12 out of 10! Before we left, we were looking at our calendars for another date to return.

This stay was excellent, quiet and relaxing. I celebrate my birthday every year with my closet male family and friends to relax and enjoy the football playoffs… lol. This location did not disappoint. The amenities were exactly what we wanted. This location made my birthday unbelieveable.

Four Couples Visiting Scottsdale

First, I was so drawn to this house when looking for a place for our group to stay in Scottsdale. What I did not love was the reviews that showed more than one negative comment about the check in process. I took my chances and went for it. I am so glad I did. We all loved the house, the location etc. Check in was easy and no hiccups. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the automatic heater going on to 00 degrees in one of the bedrooms between midnight and 6am. I called Rebl to report the problem and they immediately responded and sent someone out to fix it but unfortunately it happened again that night. It must be on a timer. Other than that it was perfect.

Beautiful property

The house was just as pictured - truly beautiful! We loved the pool and that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. This was ideal for getting ready with lots of women in the house! The automated verification and check in process was not smooth and quite complex requiring multiple messages back and forth. Our door code also did not work upon arrival but there was a phone number posted by the door that helped us solve the problem very quickly. A few things missing in the kitchen that would have been helpful but all in all it was really an amazing stay for us!

Do NOT book with REBL Rentals.

The home is beautiful. I gave this experience two stars because of the rental management company. They required a photo of my license and credit card before they would “consider an early check in”. I gave them what they wanted but never heard another word (despite reaching out multiple times) for an early check in. Our code to open the door didn’t work. I received a very rude text from REBL because we had more than 4 cars parked on the street. (We had 5). I will never rent from REBL again and will make sure that my future VRBO rentals are directly with the property owner. I have an extensive history of renting from VRBO and all have been very pleasant experiences. This was my first negative experience.

It was such a pleasure staying here. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop sunsets. Everything was conveniently labeled in the kitchen. Would love to rent this property again at the next chance we get out to Arizona.. Everything was well except the lock code that was given through email. However it only took a phone call..

Just what we needed

After a little hiccup on the check in process, we had a great stay here. The furnishings were all very comfortable and the online photos. It was 90+, so the pool was wonderful to have. We also enjoyed some time on the rooftop lounge area at night. It was a much more comfortable stay overall to reconnect with friends than we would have had at a hotel. I'm not too familiar with Scottsdale, but the location seemed to be within a reasonable distance from groceries or from restaurants or other areas of interest. Very pleased overall!

Great location but needs some TLC

The location to Scottsdale can't be beat. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space should you need it. Unfortunately a few little hiccups did occur. Our door code didn't work and took a while to reach anyone. After a long day of travel it was a bit frustrating - especially given the late check in time. The house had a very aggressive smell of cannabis so we had to open it all up, air it out - and eventually leave for a bit to give it more time. The pool was fairly dirty, so much so we didn't use it til after day two when someone could get out there to clean it. They did send someone though. We were bummed to miss a day by the pool. Lastly, the furniture could use a cleaning as it's visibly dirty and not appealing to sit on. Great kitchen amenities for cooking in and fun outdoor space to enjoy though.

STAY AWAY!

REBL Rentals is absolutely awful. Do not stay at any of their properties. The house was a total disaster upon arrival, half of the appliances were broken. They advertised a crib and a high chair on the listing and then when we arrived and the two things were not there, they told us that they don’t guarantee amenities so it wasn’t their problem that they falsely listed it. The keypad to the door didn’t stay locked, and the house had a horrible smell. I’ve called my credit card to deal with them because when you call to complain they send you on the run around. HORRIBLE!!!

Stayed here with extended family to attend our daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful and nicely decorated. The large backyard with cornhole and bistro string lights made for lots of family fun. The view from rooftop balcony with comfy patio furniture and firepit made for nice relaxing evenings. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A VERY NICE HOME, ALMOST PERFECT

The home and location were both very nice, having easy access to walking/running path. Our stay would have been 5-stars overall if we didn't have to do laundry every day (only one bath towel per person), if there had been ability to control temperature (there were nights when outside air temperature was in the 30's/40's, and inside was 60 degrees F), if at check in the outside (backyard and front entry area) was free of dropped leaves and other plant debris, and if there had been more than one teaspoon, some tissue (kleenex), a fresh dish sponge for the kitchen, and more than one roll of paper towels. The property manager was reachable and within a few hours provided instructions on how the regulate house temperature. Also, additional fees, although reported to us, seemed excessive, resulting in essentially doubling the base rental quote.
