This location offers the best of both worlds. The home is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood where you can relax and soak in the calm, yet it is just steps from entertainment, shopping, restaurants and the vibrant energy of Old Town.

Newly renovated with fine resort-style amenities throughout, the backyard is a true retreat. A sparkling heated pool with in-water loungers on the Baja step is joined by an attached hot tub that gently cascades into the pool. An outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, bar seating and a flatscreen TV sets the stage for effortless entertaining, while the covered patio invites you to dine al fresco beneath a refreshing misting system on warm desert days.

Relax to the soothing sound of waterfall features, gather around the conversation fire table in the evening, or enjoy some friendly competition on the new four-hole putting green or the private pickleball court with a basketball hoop. The east lawn is a lovely space for morning yoga or meditation, framed by vibrant bougainvillea, and seasonal citrus trees provide fresh lemons and limes alongside gorgeous floral blooms.

Inside, comfortable, well-appointed spaces are designed for rest and rejuvenation, and every bedroom includes a large flatscreen TV. The indulgent primary suite features a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and both indoor and outdoor showers. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the third bedroom features two twin XL beds. The fourth room opens to the patio through a private slider and doubles beautifully as an office or bedroom with a solid, comfortable queen-size bed.

World-class shopping at Fashion Square and the one-of-a-kind boutiques of Old Town are all within walking distance. Enjoy dinner followed by a movie at Harkins Theatre just blocks away, with Postino and Tocaya Modern Mexican also within walking distance. Camelback Mountain's Echo Canyon Recreation Area is about a 9-minute drive for an exhilarating hike, The Phoenician's golf course is about 4 minutes away, and Sprouts Farmers Market is about a 4-minute drive.

Pool and hot tub heat are available for an additional $100 per day, with a 3-night minimum and 3 days advance notice. When heated, the pool reaches approximately 85 degrees. If you would like only the hot tub heated, it is $50 per day.

There is no garage access. The driveway can fit 3 cars.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and the Paradise Valley Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
