Fresh & clean home in true Mid-Century Modern building w/exposed block walls, concrete floors, industrial style skylights, steel & iron fencing, custom post-modern gates all softened w/earth friendlier xeriscape, extensive LED lighting, synthetic grass & much original art. CONDO COMPLETELY REMODELED DEC 2018 and freshened regularly since. We feature Beautyrest Hospitality mattresses, new bedding/towels/rugs/appliances etc... Walk to 30 eateries & bars on Restaurant Row & beyond. Complimentary coffee, tea & sometimes a treat!

The Claremont #1 enjoys two bedrooms (a King bed in one and a Queen in the other) and one full bath. The kitchen is fully appointed with cookware, dishes, glasses, eating utensils, cooking utensils, corkscrew and more. We have an onsite coin operated laundry facility for your shared use with other residents. And you have shared use (with one other residence) of a courtyard with barbecue grill and patio.

The property sits in a residential area just nine doors down from the northern edge of Restaurant Row on 7th Street. This section of 7th Street just recently, over the last five years or so, has enjoyed an explosion of new trendy and not so trendy restaurants and bars all walking distance or a very short Uber ride from The Claremont. Phoenix is not known for being a vertical city but rather sprawled out making our area, with so many restaurants in such a small area, rather unique.

We have been hosting since December 2018 via other short term rental platforms and enjoy a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and over 70 positive reviews. We'd like to maintain the positive guest experiences so we really strive to anticipate our guests needs and give them a great stay. We hope you will allow us to do the same for you!

This artistic mid-century condo is wonderful. It is immaculate and is well stocked with all the essentials. The beds and other furnishing are very comfortable. The private gated courtyard was a nice added bonus! Will is a great host. He is friendly and helpful. He has developed a notebook full of helpful tips, such as the best places near by to eat and tourist attractions. This condo is in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. We arrived the one day a year it rained in Phoenix! We were very grateful to have covered parking. We definitely plan to book again when we visit Phoenix.

This was our second 2 week stay at Claremont #1. We had another wonderful time. The place is so nice and well equipped. We sleep very well while there...comfortable bed and great climate system. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. The courtyard is very welcoming. Host responds quickly to questions. Thanks, Will!

due to the fact that the owner leaves the key on the counter and leaves the door unsecure, as well as the lock gates. There were people occupying my unit. I had a birthday party to attend to and prepare for, so I had to leave after waiting for the individual to return to the door. I wound up having to leave was never able to stay. Contacted by the owner after I had already arranged transportation back to my home. The area in Phoenix is not the greatest, so to have the unit unlocked, and after having individuals in the unit, when I arrived, the owner did not satisfy or refund, instead turned extremely rude. He expects me to have to pay for that. Think twice when entering an unlocked unit

What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience overall. The place is very clean. The host is very nice and responded quickly to our questions. A house manual is available for rules and tips. The beds are comfy which is very important for us. Stayed there for 7 nights. Will stay there again.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! We found so much to do within a 10-15 minute radius, and there are so many walkable restaurant options :) Highly highly recommend The Claremont and cannot wait to stay again on a future trip to PHX!

The mid-century modern was a great get away in Phoenix. Check in was easy and the videos on parking spot on. The place was clean and felt comfortable while staying there. Host was responsive to questions. In a great location and was easy for us to get to family in the area and any activities we wanted to do while we were in Phoenix.

Great Stay in a Awesome Mid-Century!

Even though it was for just one night, the booking, communication and quality of the property couldn't have been ANY better. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and bars. Beyond clean when we arrived, quiet neighborhood and some of the best arrival instructions I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

Clean, quiet and would recommend!

We were very happy with our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient, quiet and felt safe. The host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Otro Cafe which we tried after the host recommended and it was fantastic. We would stay here again!

Highly Recommend!

Renting this property was seamless from start to finish. The property owner, Will, gave very clear instructions for check-in and provided lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. His communication skills are top-notch and he responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, towels were nice and big, and although we didn't cook much there it appeared the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need. There is just one bathroom, but it was more than adequate for just the two of us. The location was great for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safeway was close by too. I highly recommend Will's place; you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the manual he provided was a must read - Will has quite the sense of humor! :)

Family Reunion

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!

We spent two weeks at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo and enclosed yard are lovely. Well equipped. Will responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again.
