  • Disfrute de esta hermosa casa contemporánea de 5.400 pies cuadrados ubicada cerca de Piestewa Peak Mountain, anteriormente conocida como Squaw Peak. Hace copias de seguridad de las reservas de montañas, por lo que hay muchas rutas de senderismo. Carla was a great host, from early communications to quick responses to any questions we had. The house and setting were spectacular and easily housed our party of 8 very particular old guys .

Great communication from the host. Accessibility was simple. Plenty of fun amenities to keep our family and especially kids engaged. Good location for our purposes. My wife gave the stamp of approval for comfy beds (very rare!). Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this house for myself and 10 of my friends. It was awesome.The house is massive, it accommodated everyone for sleeping. The rooms were all very clean.For us the backyard was where we spent most of our time. You've got mountain views right in the backyard. If you want, you can leave and go hiking from the back gate. The pool was chilly, but it was refreshing after being in the sun. The backyard putting course was fun to play on too.The kitchen and cooking space was perfect for the amount of people we had. We wish there was something that said what they already had, like coffee and condiments. We ended up buying more of that and didn't use any of it.The house is a bit out of the way, especially if you're looking to go into Scottsdale for the evening, about a 20-30 minute drive, but you want an awesome private house, pool, backyard and mountains, this house is amazing.Because of the strict neighbourhood noise policy, after 10PM we had to be very quiet or go to the basement, but the basement was a great party spot with a bunch of games.The sunsets from the hot tub and sun rise on the trails were amazing.The host was super nice and very responsive. They answered any and all questions we had and was very accommodating.I would 100% stay here again, but because it's pretty expensive, I wouldn't do it unless I had a large group with me.Thanks again for letting us stay.

We came down for a golf trip. House was perfect! Spent most of our time down in the basement as it had everything we need to keep 10 guys entertained!

Phoenix guys trip

Had a great stay. The house is inviting, well located and very peaceful. I think the views from the back porch are underrated! We enjoyed relaxing and hiking from this home to the surrounding areas. Carla is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family stay

We booked the house for a funeral/family reunion and had nothing short of a marvelous time. Everything was as described, and Carla was the perfect host. We had several questions before we occupied, as well as during, and her responsiveness was exemplary. We would book this house again with hesitation.

Fabulous house!

Plenty of room for a group of 16, there was a need to keep the noise level down because of the canyon and close neighbors. Would not be appropriate for loud groups, but very enjoyable for our family of mostly adults.

Annual Guys Trip

The house was great for a large group of friends to spend some time together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool area especially during a hot summer. Downstairs served as a great man cave to hang out watching sports with plenty of bar style games to entertain. The property is at the base of a moderately difficult hike which we took to the summit. The view was incredible overlooking all of Phoenix. All around a great stay and highly recommended.

Nice Place

Good, clean, well maintained, good host. The pool is more of a decorative fountain than a swimming pool. The pool water is cold, unheated, unusable. Hot tub was nice.

Surprised our dad for his 80th bday!

My parents live in Scottsdale so we decided to surprise him and bring all the kids/grandkids to Arizona. We wanted something that would accommodate a large family and have game space. THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT! We enjoyed ourself and everyone is still taking about the beautiful home with the Mountain View’s. We will definitely rebook in the future.
