Thank You** Beautiful Luxury "single level" home is approx. 2400 sq ft. completely furnished with everything including yard, and pool service. Beautiful Granite everywhere, new stainless-steel appliances. Game room with full size pool table and new Sony Smart 65-inch Big Screen TV's. Every Bedroom has its own wall mounted new Sony smart flat-screen TV. Just bring your Firestick or Roku Stick. Large full length covered Patio that faces north so the patio is always in the shade, this is very important when searching for the right home. Extra high backyard privacy fence, Alarm System, High-Speed Internet and an Amazing three car garage. Fantastic, Safe location and minutes to many great restaurants, great grocery stores and Fabulous Arrowhead Mall. Great hiking is across the street at one of the best hiking parks in AZ. Thunderbird park!!
Stone and pebble tech pool with a fabulous built in Hot Tub & Pool. Extra charge of $150 for 100 lb. cylinder of propane to heat the Hot Tub and usually last two-three weeks depending on use. This home is normally leased monthly (calendar month) with a 28 day minimum. If you would like something different please just ask by sending a message of the dates you would like. Thank You!!

Great stay at Bruce's home.

Bruce was a great host. He communicated quickly during the booking process and responded right away to texts during our stay. The home was exactly as pictured and is located in an upscale area. Higher recommended.

Great property

Used this property as part of a two month corporate relocation and everything was perfectly smooth. House was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. I just wish it would have been warmer to have been able to use the pool.Host was completely responsive when needed and not disruptive throughout the stay.

Glendale AZ Stay 2024

The host was amazing as was his house. Bruce answered every question and responded immediately to the few minor issues that popped up. The house was complete so we could focus on our trip and enjoy our time there. The pool was very clean and we used it till the weather cooled. I don't think one could find a better house to rent!

Awesome house!

This house was perfect for our family! Great location near golf and other family things to do. Bruce the owner was great to work with! The house is beautiful and very clean. Backyard area was private and beautiful great for quiet relaxation!

Fantastic home away from home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The house was very well taken care of and very well equipped. The only feedback I would have is that upgrading the televisions so that renters can use the various streaming services would be a great addition. My stay was fantastic! Thank you Bruce!

Always a great place to stay

This is our second time staying at this property. It's a large, wonderful house and perfectly clean. Bruce, the property manager and owner is the best. If you need anything, you text Bruce he is on it immediately, 24/7! I would highly recommend staying at this property. Pictures of the property are accurate and tell it all!

Perfect!

Best vacation rental ever! This house is beautifully maintained with very nice furnishings. I actually have zero negatives. Hope to go back when weather is nice enough to enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool.

This home was so perfect. Close to golf, shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and so relaxing out in the backyard. Bruce was very helpful and also left great information in a book. Would for sure return to this home.

Best rental property we ever stayed at

First the owner Bruce was fantastic!! We stayed at this property of 3 months. Any requests or suggestions made to better our stay was taken care of by our host and quickly. The neighborhood is gorgeous and all shopping is a 7 min drive in any direction. If you love walking, biking, hiking, golfing, all can be done in the area. We slept like babies, very peaceful area. Thank you Bruce for being such a great host and caring for all of our needs! You are the best!
