Everything was as noted in the listing. House was clean, fully stocked and the pool temp was great for day and night! Beautiful sunrises, boat was great! Beds were comfy. Kids enjoyed the rec room and bunks! Highly recommend!

The host was amazing and extremely responsive...We have stayed at many vrbo locations...this was by far the best location we have ever stayed at. We had a question about operating the pontoon boat and was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The place had a great setup for the 3 couples that stayed here. TV's were awesome. The gas grill was absolutely clean and had plenty of propane. The kitchen was outstanding...and the views from the backyard was incredible. We will be back again! thank you for opening up your home.

This was a great location. We loved the pontoon , pool and the view. It was very comfortable with homey decor. The host was quick to reply and was accommodating. The lower level could have used a king size bed. We would definitely recommend this stay.

Exactly as picture. Property was clean and perfect for our needs. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean and everything you need to prepare and cook meals if you want to. Pontoon boat was unique and very nice for evening cruises and fishing.

Phoenix for Graduation

This property is perfect for a family getaway. The pool is supplied with floats, and there was even a life fest that fit the five-year-old so we could relax a little. There was also a bonus room with games for everyone.

2 Family Vacation

We had a total of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was set up perfectly for a larger group and we all had plenty of space. Kids stayed entertained with the games and the pool. House was well stocked and had no problems. There was an issue with the pontoon boat, so we weren't able to try it out, but everything else was great. Clean, nice neighborhood.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This property was exactly what we were looking for and it exceeded our expectations! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The countertop pellet icemaker was perfect for cold drinks out by the warm pool. Oh yes, the pool was heated to the most perfect temperature for our almost 2 year old and 6 month old grandchildren. There is a retractable gate on the patio to keep the toddlers safe which was such a welcome surprise. The highlight of our stay was our later afternoon cruises in the pontoon boat. The other boaters/neighbors were so friendly and welcoming! We did feed the ducks some bread (not sure if that’s discouraged or not) and enjoyed laughing at the white duck that looked like it had a wig on like George Washington. We later learned from another boater his name is Fred. We did have an issue getting the boat started but I think maybe it just wasn’t charged enough. I contacted the owner, Stacy, and she answered super quick. Speaking of Stacy, she was very helpful with all my questions pre-arrival. There is a Fry’s grocery store a couple miles away for convenience and a ton of restaurants a short distance. The neighborhood is great for morning runs or walks. We will definitely stay here again!
