    El espacio:
    Espere las citas de la más alta calidad en cada centímetro de esta casa con la comodidad pura de los huéspedes en mente. Diseño limpio y moderno y detalles sorprendentes.

    Ingrese a "Kings" en la lujosa habitación familiar con un enorme y lujoso sofá envolvente, moderna sala de estar, Smart TV con sonido envolvente completo, chimenea de gas personalizada y una decoración moderna y nítida.
    A continuación, el flujo de concepto abierto lo lleva al área del bar con refrigerador incorporado provisto de una variedad de cerveza y refrescos, y todo lo necesario para preparar su cóctel favorito.

Perfect property for our quick trip to Phoenix. It had plenty of room to spread out, was very clean, it’s close to where we needed to go, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. I also appreciated the excellent communications with the manager. I will book this property again.

LOVED it!

The location was perfect and very close to everything. It was spot on as pictured and represented in the listing. We loved the backyard oasis! The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2024

We really enjoyed our stay as the property was exactly as advertised. The house was in great shape and the backyard was amazing. Our family spent a lot of time hanging around the pool during the day and lounging by the outdoor fire pit in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property as you won't be disappointed.

Scottsdale Stay

My husband and I were in town for the Fiesta Bowl, and were looking for a location not too far from State Farm Field, and not too far from Scottsdale. This location was perfect! The house is beautifully updated - wish the weather had been a bit better so we could have enjoyed the amazing pool and back yard! Check in was a snap!

Fantastic Scottsdale rental!!

This was by far the best rental in Scottsdale that we have stayed in! Perfect location! Close to everything! House was well maintained and clean. The backyard was perfect for relaxing! And communication with Rick was excellent! Thank you for having us!

Spring Break Retreat

We have a lovely time relaxing for a few days during spring break. The house was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the communication from the owners as well as the coffee pods! We would return for sure.

Very nice 3 bedroom house. Great kitchen, wonderful backyard and heated pool, orange and lemon trees, fire pit and excellent grill for cooking outdoors. Ric the property manager/owner was very accessible and available if needed.

Excellent Stay

The property was amazing and clean. And it came with basically everything you’ll need. The back yard was beautiful and the landscaping as well near the pool area. The backyard was lit up at night, if you wanted to step outside a relax near the pool. Overall great home!!! Would defiantly stay again.

The vaca we hoped for!

Needed downtime and relaxation and this home was perfect. Great location and layout, home well outfitted. Comfortable beds…quiet neighborhood. Very clean. But the greatest part was the outdoor Pool (heated), lounge chairs and two other relaxation areas. We ended up staying at the house more than we thought because it was so amazing. We would definitely return. Thanks Ric!!!!

Our Perfect Piece of Paradise!

My daughter and I had the opportunity to enjoy 5 amazing days at Ric and Jens Old Town rental. The home is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It has the most comfortable beds, well appointed professional kitchen with all you require for your stay! The backyard is so incredible, the pool clean and refreshing - just what we needed in the 100 degree temperatures. Communication was quick and easy. If back again I would not hesitate to stay at Kings Rental, we loved it all! Thanks so much!

Would Like to Stay Here Again

This home is thoughtfully set up in anticipation of comfort. Tasteful furnishings. Very clean. Fabulous bed in the main bedroom; others may be as well we just did not use them. Nice quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Ric was available if needed and even checked in to insure our comfort.

Kings Avenue

The property was nice and the living spaces were a nice size. The location was great as it was very close to the Quarter and Kierland. The host was very responsive and the host made everything very easy for the guests. The outdoor space could use some updating as the cushions on the outdoor furniture were quite old. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Everything you could want!

The house is fully updated and the yard is paradise! Lovely pool, four distinct outdoor spaces and total privacy. We were in town for a wedding and having this as a landing pad was fantastic!
