RANCH LIFE! Your chance to stay at a multi-acre horse property in the tree lined streets of Heard Ranch! You will feel like you are in the country, while being in the heart of the city. This horse ranch has never been offered before. Home sleeps 6 in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1500 sqft home. Fully furnished home to include washer/dryer with all supplies needed. 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes to downtown Scottsdale, 30 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Cardinal’s Stadium) and easy access to restaurants/entertainment! 5 minutes to unlimited hiking or biking in South Mountain Park (16000 acres and 51 miles of trails) or any of the other parks or mountain preserves in the area. Easy access to countless golf courses. From the backyard you will have wonderful views of horses, South Mountain and beautiful sunsets! Plenty of room for trailer parking if needed. This was a beautiful, serene get away. After a hot day out in sun, this property is the perfect retreat.Owners are very personable and offered great suggestions. We were lucky to be there during citrus season and loved the fresh fruit! Became friends with the horses too!

We just spent a week at this lovely horse ranch. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the clean and bright home to the quiet neighborhood with its easy access to all of Phoenix we had everything we needed. And we had more than that. We were greeted each day by the horses. They made the experience exceptional. As did the hosts who were kind, accommodating and welcoming. All in all an easy place to recommend

Horse Ranch Paradise

The house is absolutely beautiful and super clean! I loved watching the horses as the sun set. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Van and Terry’s hospitality is unmatched. From the fresh fruit to the restaurant recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!

The best place ever!

We chose this because it looked nice and the horses appealed to my daughter. It far exceeded our expectations. It is an oasis in a city. You turn the corner and instantly feel a calmness away from city chaos. We enjoyed all the information we got from Van. He made the experience very nice. Julie spent a lot of time petting and hugging the horses. Van was responsive to any request and went above and beyond. We had a wonderful time.

A Phoenix Gem!!

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful stay at this property!! The house was so comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and calm and the horses in the back yard were beautiful and had sweet personalities - a rural escape right in the midst of Phoenix. The owners were so very kind! We had never been to Arizona before so they provided us with insight and suggestions for things to see that were beyond appreciated. We came home with family memories that will last a lifetime. We will definitely stay at this home again when we are in the Phoenix area!!

The best house we've ever rented!

The location was as a ranch in the middle of the city and was very quiet and peaceful. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and caring and made sure we had everything we needed!We highly recommend this rental.

Perfection

This is the absolute perfect place to stay.The owners are a delight, beautiful couple who were quiet, polite, accommodating, friendly but most of all…they thought of everything!From the communication before the trip, allowing us to harass them while they took care of the horses to amusing us with details of the house.They make every effort to not interfere but are available on a moments notice.The house is great!Three beautiful bedrooms, a super comfortable living room and kitchen and a spacious covered patio made this a perfect choice.I can’t think of a single thing missing or that I would change…we will be back!

Amazing Ranch Oasis in the Desert

We came to stay for a family event. The place was clean, cozy, well kept and had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable and the owners were great to assist us with anything we needed. Best part was seeing the horses each morning and being in a tucked away location near Tempe.

The horse ranch with the south mountain view was absolutely amazing. Our boys didnt want to leave they had such a great time. We cant wait to see Bailey, Murphy, Sinch, and Snickers again.

Amazing Location and Accommodations

We were five adults staying at this rental which is a little bit of heaven in the middle of Phoenix. The neighborhood was beautiful with large, shady trees and lovely properties. We loved feeding the horses (with the owners' permission), sitting outside enjoying the sunshine on the back patio, taking strolls through the neighborhood, sharing a meal at the large family-style table, and relaxing on the comfortable furniture at night. Each night we were there we heard great horned owls hooting in the property's trees which we loved! The owners provided us with fresh oranges, lemons, and grapefruits which we were so appreciative of. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this wonderful place which is so convenient to Tempe and in close proximity to the major freeways and airport.

Great spot for Tourstriker or South Mountain Golf!

It was a great stay. We were attending the Tour Striker golf camp at the Raven. This is a perfect place to stay and relax after a long day learning how bad a golfer you really are. It's close to dining and golf. My wife and son loved to go out and feed some carrots to the horses every morning. It was also relaxing having a beer and watching them in the afternoon. This is an excellent place! LK

Great House with Friendly Owners and Horses

Owners were over the top friendly. So caring and wanted to assure that you have a great stay while in their home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again for sure. My kids loved the horses, they were so friendly. The owners even picked us fresh oranges and lemons and had a bag on the door for us to take home on day of check out. Would highly recommend.
