This property is absolutely revolting!!! There was graffiti on our fridge. Roaches in our room. Threadbare sheets. No towels. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, it used to be a smoking hotel but apparently it’s not now. Still smells like a chain smokers paradise. Our toilet didnt flush. It’s marketed as an extended stay but there were no pots and pans to cook with and no silverware, even though there is a “kitchen”. There was all manner of shady characters outside, felt very unsafe. What they don’t tell you is that a majority of the rooms they rent long term to people that no apartments will rent to due to evictions. We checked out within an hour and they refused to refund us for any of our 3 day stay!!!!! Absolute disgrace of a business. DO NOT STAY HERE! The ONLY thing they have going for them is that the lady at the front desk was actually nice and tried to help as much as she could. She tried to get us a refund but the manager didn’t approve it. It’s not her fault the property is a hellhole.

The room was filthy. The refrigerator was broken inside and out. The floors and table were not clean. The cupboards were broken and dirty. There was black mold in the shower. I had to request at check in linens for the bed and towels. There were dead spiders on the wall and in the corners. The sink was cracked. The room smelled of cigarettes. There were other guests smoking weed right outside my room. The key card didn’t work. Upon informing staff, I was handed a rag and spray bottle of cleaner.

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very dirty. Bathroom and shower were brown and rocked down. Floor was broken and dirty. The beds were also dirty and had brown spots on it. Very disgusting. Not worth the money. The pictures looked way different then the room really was! We left within 10 minutes. It was so uncomfortable and disgusting. No recommandation at all.

The lay out of the room was different and didnt remind me it was an actual hotel room. The things I didnt like about the room was that the door didnt have a weather strip which u can see the sunlight and the noises from the hwy traffic is insane. insects also worry me coming in thru the crack of the door.

Would not recommend staying here. Toilet didn’t work and cockroaches in various areas of the room. Looked at 2 other rooms and found they also had cockroaches as well. Checked out right afterwards. Left message for manager Julie and no return calls or refund.

The rooms are nothing like the images. 1) there are not sofas in the room 2) the rooms are very dirty. I had to go out to buy cleaning products to clean the room. The floors were stain ridden, so much dust and debris in the floors it literally look as if someone came in and poured the dust from the vacuum on the floors. 3) the bathroom sink and tub did not have drains in them. There were burn marks on all of the counters in the bathroom and kitchen area. 4) the cushions on the table chairs were torn. 5) the entry door to the room had big gaps in the side and bottom and keys never work. I had the get them reswiped 3 out of the four days I was there. 6) the window curtains were full of holes. 7) all of the walls were dirty with ink, grease, and inexplicable types of stains. 8) in the bed comes with a sheet and blanket that you see in the military or jail, which also had holes. 9) roaches. 10) they do not clean the room unless you ask, bit even with that the rooms are so dirty I think asking would not make a difference. If I was able to get my money back, I would have cancelled my reservations as soon as I walked in the door of the room. My recommendation do not stay.

The woman running the desk was amazing unfortunately the place was really rundown, furniture broken, walls/surfaces were dirty/stained/had holes and doors were beaten bent in and felt unsafe. We did not stay and did not touch the room. The woman at the desk refunded the deposit and tried helping us but the manager refused to refund me for the night stay.

The room is nothing as advised. It was dirty and in severe disrepair. There was no bedspread on the bed and the dirty, worn blanket had multiple cigarette burns. The pillows looked slept on. The air conditioner was broken and rattling. A woman was sleeping in her truck in the parking lot outside our door. After viewing the room, we were unable to stay in this filthy and unsafe situation. The managers were unable to give us a refund because we had prepaid through Expedia. We have not been contacted by Expedia or received a refund despite complaint.

Several items missing from the room upon check in (tv remote, trash cans, toilet paper roll holder, toilet paper itself, sink stopper, kitchen drawers), some of these items provided when I asked. Exterior walkways need a washing. Bed was awful, like a pull-out with the support bar making it extremely uncomfortable. Fridge missing rails in the door so shelf use only, but cooled/froze appropriately. Area was easily accessible and has good options nearby, seemed fairly safe. Ok for the price, overall.

Had multiple people walk into my LOCKED room in the middle of the night. Are they just handing out master keycards like candy? Good lord. Office lady and the security guard woke me up in the middle of the night to ask me to come fill out a form she’d forgotten to give me at check in. The room was filthy, and the bed was NOT a queen bed (and it was old an on a rollaway bed frame).
