Home Away From Home!

Your home away from home! This absolutely charming brick home was fully remodeled in 2021. Professional interior design with a farmhouse-modern flare and pride of ownership throughout. New bathrooms with beautiful finishes, large showers, and a soaking tub in the guest bath. This 3 bedroom home has 2 King beds and a Trundle Bed with 2 twin beds, walk-in closets with plenty of storage for your personal items. Two Queen blowup mattresses provided as well for additional sleeping. A beautiful kitchen awaits your culinary creativity and includes all your basic needs for a delicious home cooked meal. A large dining table accommodates the entire family and is great for playing games together.
The living/family room includes a 75” VIZIO QLED Smart TV for guest to uses their log-ins to stream Netflix and other apps. The back yard provides a large grass play area, beautifully resurfaced pool, covered patio, plenty of seating and a firepit for the colder evenings. Pool is chlorine and not heated. There is a hot tub available from October 1st through the end of May.
Close to everything! Located in the center of Phoenix, you are close to shopping, golf, casinos, bars/restaurants, family/children’s activities and a couple miles from 3 freeways to get you anywhere in the valley you need to go!

THE Best VRBO Ever!

I've rented on VRBO at least 20+ times and all I can say is this house is the BEST one ever. Absolutely beautiful and this house has everything you could ask for. Close to the highway, very quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores. The owner Jay is amazing! His communication skills are excellent and easy to work with ! Book this place ! You will not be disappointed !

Fantastic, clean, comfortable!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals in the area through the years. This is my favorite. It is incredibly clean, very cute, all of the furniture and the beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is great. And the communication with the owner is top notch! I will definitely be returning.

Immaculate home with private pool

My husband and I enjoyed 4 wonderfully relaxing days at this pristine home. The home has fresh, modern cabinetry and decor. The two bathrooms have modern walk-in showers with additional wands providing fantastic water pressure. We enjoyed the large TVs provided in the living room and every bedroom. The private pool and well-manicured backyard was our favorite place to spend many hours. The owner has provided so many thoughtful details: bottled water/ice in the fridge; a separate ice maker; sunscreen, beach towels and sun hats; plenty bath towels, extra blankets, and pillows; battery-operated candles in the faux fireplace in the dining area. We were so very comfortable and will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a great stay at this house! The pool and hot tub were clean, as well as the rest of the house. Check in and out were very easy and Jay’s communication makes you feel comfortable. Can’t wait to bring my family back for a visit!

Beautiful Place!

From booking to check out, the host was responsive and awesome. We loved the home and it was just as pictured if not better. The amenities at the property were great for our family getaway and the location was perfect and convenient. We’ll definitely stay again!

Loved this property! Very comfortable and well-appointed for a family stay, and definitely plan to come back with our three teenagers for an upcoming school break. This home for perfect for our family's weekend getaway in Phoenix. We had everything we needed and more. The decor was very stylish and even nicer in person. The home was fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient for us and my only complaint was that I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we will!

Great vacation rental!

We were in town for a short trip, this house was perfect! Incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Home is very spacious and the yard is huge. We loved the firepit. Pictures don't do it justice. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home!

This house was incredibly nice, the pictures don’t do it justice. I highly recommend this rental for your vacation stay. The entire home inside and out was very clean and comfortable with beautiful furnishings. Beds were unbelievably comfortable! We’ve stayed in several vacation rentals with cheap mattresses and sheets and we were very happy to see that was not the case with this home. Huge backyard, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood and so close to Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Jay was very nice, communicated promptly and gave great suggestions for places to check out while we were here. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again. 10 stars!!!
