New wood plank flooring, appliances, paint, furniture, quartz countertops. This newly remodeled single story 3 bedroom 1300 square foot unit is waiting to make your stay what you dreamed of. Safe and Secure, yet in the middle of shopping, golfing, movie theaters, grocery, and plenty of restaurants. This gated community is home to many winter visitors from all over the US and Canada. A sparkling community pool with heated jacuzzi is a short walk away. Inside the home you will find a large great room with 60' TV. A spacious kitchen with all the necessities. The backyard is low maintenance with synthetic grass and great gathering area. Spend many nights on your spacious back patio in the Arizona cool winter temperatures. The large master with King Bed and resort style mattress and bedding will allow you a great night sleep. The additional 2 rooms have ceiling fans and queen beds for your guests or kids.
Park you car in our secured 2 car garage with remote opener. The owner of this home live within one mile and can assist you with planning a day out or resolving any issues that may come up. We look forward to seeing you soon! David and Stephanie Pickron

Great place!

I loved this VRBO, it was clean and very comfortable. The only negative was the pool was so cold, and the hot tub bubble didn’t work. This was completely out of the home owners control.

The Home that Made our March in Mesa Exceptional

Great place to call home. We loved the space and the location was exceptional for family visits, going to movies, and dining in the local restaurants. We made great use of the community SPA. Beds very comfortable, internet and TV great, loved the garage and we would love to come back if the property was available again.

Perfect

Absolutely amazing property. Has everything you need. The fireplace during the cold weather was so clutch. It was so comfortable and cozy but still spacious enough for us all to not be on top of each other. Shampoo, conditoner, soap in evey bathroom, and not like 7 year old dollar tree stuff, actual products. And finally a place that had enough towels! Beds were so comfy, enough pillows and blankets to really feel like home. So many cute little touches throughout. Can't wait to stay there again.

Great week!!

This property was fabulous. Exactly as advertised. Very clean and quiet. Was able to communicate with owners and the small issue we had was taken cate of very quickly!! Couldn't be happier with this rental. We will be back for our next Arizona golf vacation!! Thanks.

perfect location and comfortable home

We were pleased to be able to stay in such a comfortable home, and each have our own bed. We appreciated all the attention to detail in the kitchen, living room, and porch. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the highway. We would stay here again if our travels bring us this way.

Quaint amd quiet

Great place. Very nicely renovated and very peaceful. Owner took great care to make me feel at home .-and was accommodating with my arrival and departure time. The only downside was pool area had seen better days and it really didnt look like there had been any maintenance in a while. Bird poop on lounge chairs didnt make me wamt to go in the water. Also it seemed the gate of this gated community was left open quite a bit

A nice place for the whole family

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was really clean. The property managers were very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something in this area. Conveniently located near great restaurants and stores.

Absolutely the best!

My husband and I had the most amazing time in Mesa. The property was the best ever. This is a 5+ star!!! Clean, relaxing and the best beds ever. I loved everything about it. Great host and very accomadating.

Superstition Springs

Nice home/good location

This home is in a great location. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy freeway access. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. The one minor drawback was the community swimming pool was not heated. We had a great vacation here and would stay again. Thank you Dave and Steph!

Beautifully remodeled home in quiet neighborhood. The hosts made it very easy to get in and get out. The house had everything we needed. We had a couple minor issues during our stay which the owners resolved immediately! Great place with very professional owners. Thank you!!

Nice quaint, newly remodeled. Private gated community. Close to shopping.

This is a nice little home in a quiet gated community. It is really close to all shopping and restaurants. The owners are super and very attentive. They were responsive to our needs and any items that the home needed to really feel like you were at home. They were also very accommodating to our flexible schedule. The only thing we wish this property had was a BBQ. There is a nice fire pit table on the back porch. Back yard is fully gated and private. Two car garage comfortably fit our car and our visitors car. Nice public walking areas and a community pool and kids play area close by for residents only. Highly recommend this home and the reasonable price. Rated 4 stars only because there was no private pool or hot tub. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home David & Stephanie. You guys were great, thanks for all the local tips.
