Beautiful private Fountain Hills home situated on an acre lot and features mountain views! This house is perfect for large families or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy AZ! Home features include heated pool (with additional fee), hot tub, game room, and fully stocked kitchen. Huge master bedroom retreat with separate sitting area and access to backyard. Great location just minutes to downtown Fountain Hills and Fountain Park. Great area for golfing, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Other things to Note

NO Loud Parties or Disruptive behavior will be tolerated. It's ok to have fun at this house but it must be done in a respectful way. We expect you to treat it as your own.

Booking Party must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

No local bookings with out prior consent or at least 3 5 star reviews.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management for a pool safety notice.

pool heating from the Months of October-April. $75 per day or $350 per week Guest must still request pool to be heated 72 hours prior to stay to allow time for heating.

Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA’s and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.

Nice place all the amenities and a pool to boot. Spacious enough for everyone to spread out. I would come and stay again.

House was very clean.The pool and back patio was so relaxing. So relaxing that we cancelled our plans two of the nights to just stay in and enjoy the stay. Putdoor furniture was a little worn...but didnt bother us.

We were only in Arizona for four days so this made a good base for us. This is an older property that had a few repairs needing doing. Tiles at the front door were broken, loose and I’d say dangerous.

The location and neighborhood is great. I thought the communication with property owner was fine but the place is really run down. The pictures look nothing like the pool area. There might have been one chair that wasn’t broken, the hot tub lights didn’t work, pool lights don’t work, door handles and outlets falling off, toilet paper holders falling off wall, fridge in garage doesn’t work, the grill was a hazard. It was so dirty it almost started on fire and it is barely standing together. The fountain by pool is leaking into yard and the dishwasher is rusted out and gross. There is tons of junk on the side of the house and one of our bedrooms had a broken window. We expected more

Shared with another family for a soccer tournament. The space was great for three adults and three teenagers. Lots of things do well there.

The house was spacious which was great for our memorial get together with family. The master bed was not good, the only firm part of the mattress was 6 inches on each side of the bed. The beds in the other rooms were ok. The glass doors on 2 of the bedroom could use blinds on them. There were some outlets in the second bathroom and master bathroom that did not work. Some of the lamps did not work, not sure due to outlets, lightbulbs, etc. The ripped up lounge chairs on the patio could be removed. We did not use the hot tub as there was a pretty bad smell when the lid was lifted. The pool was great and we enjoyed it!
