Desert Vacation Home in Goodyear, Arizona

This beautiful two level home is located in Goodyear Palm Valley area approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, just 5 minutes off of Interstate 10. The cleaning fee maybe refundable if left ready for next guests. Short stays(less than 5 days) may not be expected more than 45 days advance. The Goodyear STR license # STR0000245 is active.

The home has 4 bedrooms; 2 separate master suites with king beds, 2 bedrooms with a queen and single bed. The home also has a large kitchen/great room with an island/bar, and a dinette that seats 6. There is a community pool (not heated in winter) and activity center which may not be available for short stays. About one week prior to arrival I will send additional information.

Located in Palm Valley overlooking the golf course with mountain views. There are 2 golf courses in Palm Valley and many more less than 30 minutes away. This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway and several Spring Training Facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Kansas City Royals, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds). It is also only 15 minutes from Glendale, home of the Phoenix Cardinals. You can also just relax at the house on the covered patio.

Vacation with Son

Beautiful property in small development next to golf course. Very quiet and house was very nice. Was within a few minutes of my son's AFB he's stationed at. Would definitely recommend this property and will come again if my son doesn't move bases.

Plenty of room for all of us. Nice to be able to use the garage to park in during hotter weather. Mattress in mater upstairs could be replaced. Nice quiet location.

Perfect for Family

We had family in town for the holiday and needed more space to host. It was great having so much space and we really utilized the kitchen! It was well stocked and spacious. We enjoyed having the yard for the dogs as well! Overall it was a very homey, comfortable stay! Tom was very responsive and accomodating to our needs, would stay again! TOM

Great Location for Us

This home is very spacious and comfortable, other than one chair in the downstairs MBR. There were only two of us, so we only used the downstairs. The MBR’s bed was very comfortable. The bedding was a perfect weight for us. The room is spacious with a desk and a TV. I’m very picky about towels. These were a mix of various colors, and needed fabric softener, too rough. I would bring my own next visit, or suggest to the owner, to purchase all white towels that can be washed together, and bleached if necessary. For me, I am not a fan of the previous renters doing the cleaning. I would much prefer a professional cleaning of the home for ultimate cleanliness. I didn’t find any skillets or small pots to use, just an FYI if your planning on doing any cooking. Other than the above, we would definitely rent this home again for our next trip.

Arrived 1 hour after check in time. Key was in the correct spot and the combination worked for lock. Bathrooms were disgusting we cleaned one so we could use it. Dead bugs in bath tubs urine all over the toilets. Filthy windows. Cricket behide dishwasher. Beenthecleaned

DO NOT STAY aGERE

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!! Deadbolt on Front door falling off. Had to sweep dirty floors days of check in!! Zero pots and pans. Had to buy a pan. Zero Bowls or serving bowls. Had to buy serving bowls. Good luck finding bling sheets!! They are in the closet on the floor watered up in pillowcases it said disaster. Had to wash sheets, mattress, pad, and comforter before I would sleep in the bed. Smoke detector was chirping so had to change the battery on an extremely high ceiling. Air conditioner vents were extremely dirty! We took one out to get air flow and washed other. Kitchen window is falling out!! I sent pictures to owner his reply was put trash out on curb. I had to clean refrigerator out to get my food in it. Carpet is so gross. Dog urine all over!! Oh and if you think you can get ahold of owner/host good yuck!! The location where he has key locked up is broken! Also all blinds in living room are broken. He hey won’t open Previous person had a covid kit they left with their name on it. So I’m sure this place was in no way cleaned!!
