Audrey met us at the property with key in hand, gave us a quick tour and answered questions. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and is near every amenity one would need. Honestly, I was a little concerned about renting a home where the owners could be on the same property, but this was a very positive and private experience. If Audrey was on the premise, we were informed before her arrival, and she left before we even knew she was there. During our stay, questions were met with quick and caring responses. She cares about her property, but obvious she cares about her renters as well. This home met all our needs, it is clean, convenient, supplied with everything you need, comfortable, quiet and affordable. I recommend this property.nice experience to have responses from a real person and not an "service". Answers to our questions were met with prompt responses.
