  • Este es un magnífico Penthouse con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. 3 habitaciones con 3 baños completos, para que todos vivan con total comodidad. Ingrese a la gran sala de estar con los ojos atraídos por la piscina, el agua y las vistas a la montaña. Una gran cocina gourmet está a la izquierda con mostradores de cuarzo, electrodomésticos renovados y barra de desayuno. Comedor para seis está abierto a la sala de estar elegantemente cómoda. Plano de planta dividido con la suite principal está en un lado del ático, con vistas en abundancia. Cama King grande, y un armario principal con vestidor y lavabos dobles con una gran ducha a ras de suelo. El otro lado del Penthouse tiene un dormitorio adicional y baño con una cama queen. Tome un tramo de escaleras hasta el tercer dormitorio abuhardillado con una cama queen y baño completo.

    Este complejo turístico seguro se encuentra en el muy deseado Ocotillo. A solo 1/2 milla del Ocotillo Golf Club, ahora propiedad de Phil Michelson, perfecto para los entusiastas del golf.
    The Cays viene completo con una instalación de entrenamiento de última generación, completa con un estudio de yoga y elegantes baños de duchas de vapor. La casa club es un lugar para reunirse con amigos, hacer una fiesta, sentarse junto a la chimenea, jugar al tejo o usar el centro de negocios. La piscina del Resort es enorme y cuenta con una cocina de barbacoa, barbacoa de gas al aire libre, cabañas y fogatas. La piscina y el spa siempre están climatizados.

    Justo afuera de la puerta, camine hasta los restaurantes locales, Chop, The Living Room, La Sala, Rock Lobster y Sauce. Tome un café en Press o visite la nueva bodega Buffalo Jump. Nunca tienes que irte. Pero si lo desea, el centro comercial Chandler está a 5 minutos, Costco, Target también están a solo 5 minutos en coche. We really enjoyed our stay. Was close to awesome restaurants and shopping. Pool area was great, and the view was super.

Great condo with great views and everything we needed! Very clean and comfy beds. Amenities are beyond fantastic! On site restaurants are a bonus! we hardly left! It's like being at a resort!

Amazing Property!!!

Amazing unit with amazing views in an amazing development! Tastefully furnished and decorated with everything we needed. Five incredible restaurants on site wit a sports bar an coffee shop. Add in a resort style pool with fire pits and a hot tub and we didn't even want to leave the property! Can't wait to return!! 5 Stars!

Disappointed

Nice environment, but expected a better unit. We don’t like softened water in general, so when we were unsuccessful at getting a water filter replacement for drinking water, we had to buy water to drink. Clothes washer left powdery residue on clothes, even though we used liquid soap. Beds were uncomfortable. Dining chairs were very heavy and made loud noise on floor if they weren’t lifted (not easy for arthritic 70 year olds). Lanai overcrowded with overly large furniture. I could go on, but I’ll just say that this particular unit was not good for elderly people and I would not choose it again. When issues did come up it was frustrating trying to get them resolved.

Nice property not well supplied.

The property had no spices not even salt snd pepper. There was only a tiny dish soap and tiny laundry soap no cleaning supplies. I had to purchase cleanser and Windex. Toilet paper was see through as was a roll of paper towels. Silverware was so cheap I was afraid it would bend. There were no large serving spoons. No serving bowls and minimal pots.. overall the kitchen was poorly supplied!

My stay in Chandler

We had a wonderful stay in Chandler,AZ at the Cays. The property was beautiful, the people we met were very friendly. I would not hesitate to rent from Elite Management again.

This stunning penthouse

This stunning penthouse condo was everything and more than what we expected! Tastefully furnished with super comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook wonderful meals in the gourmet kitchen! The resort style pool is amazing and we spent every afternoon in it! We also enjoyed the many restaurants in the complex and used the state of the art gym to burn off those calories! We will DEFINITELY be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Condo

Really loved this condo. However, it does not have a king bed in master. Pots and pans for cooking were pretty limited. Overall, wonderful place. The Cays is like a resort. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

This Penthouse Condo Gets 5 Stars!

We will definitely be returning to this stunning penthouse condo! This spacious home was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully furnished with stunning views of the resort style pool and San Tan mountain range! We started every morning off with a workout at the on site state of the art gym followed by a gourmet coffee at Press Coffee right in the same development! There is also a steakhouse, Japanese restaurant, pizza place and other eateries on site! We hardly ever left The Cays except to shop and golf nearby. The amenities are endless! Only 20 minutes from the airport we were able to maximize our time! No more Scottsdale for us. We're already planning our next trip!

If available, get it!

This really was a terrific luxury condo and complex. The unit itself may be the best location looking directly onto the pool and fountain. The decorating was top notch. The vaulted ceilings give it an open feeling, it was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice, clean and the huge resort style pool was never crowded. A cabana was usually open as well as the grills and fire pits. Elite Vacations was very accommodating and responsive. The location is great as you can walk across the parking lot to several of the downtown Ocotillo restaurants or for coffee. We are very happy we found this rental!
