No Parties or Events:
Parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the property are strictly prohibited at all times. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and our neighbors are particularly sensitive to noise, large gatherings, and disruptive behavior. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the surrounding community throughout their stay. Please note that neighbors may contact local law enforcement if disturbances, excessive noise, or unauthorized gatherings occur.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum, both indoors and outdoors, to avoid disturbing neighboring residents.

Furniture & Home Setup:
Please do not move, rearrange, or remove any indoor or outdoor furniture, décor, or household items during your stay. Our home has been carefully set up for the comfort and safety of all guests, and moving furniture may cause damage to the property or surrounding areas. Any unauthorized changes or damages resulting from moving furniture may result in additional charges.

House Rule Violations:
Failure to comply with any of the house rules outlined in this listing may result in additional fines, charges for damages or disturbances, immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or involvement of Airbnb in accordance with their policies. Fines for any violation outlined above, will at $1000/offence.
