5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths With Heated Pool/spa Within Minutes Of The Goodyear Ballpark

Our 1818 sq. ft 5 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom Home is a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/great room area.
The Master bedroom (complete with 32 inch TV) is huge with king bed and ensuite, 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom and and the fourth bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is also a bunkbed room that has a unique queen over queen bunkbed that is sturdy enough to sleep adults.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with a built in dishwasher, microwave, oven and 5 burner gas range. The fridge freezer is a side by side with ice and water dispenser. All appliances are stainless steel. The solid wood cupboards are enhanced by granite countertops, and there is a dry bar area that is perfect for entertaining. After staying at several other VRBO's, I have to say my kitchen is stocked better than any other we have experienced, as far as dishes, glasses, pot/pans, small appliances, spices, condiments, etc.

In the living area you will enjoy several very comfortable recliners, that are perfect for viewing the 55 inch screen TV that has unlimited sports and movie channels.

Outdoors you will find a covered patio with a barbeque and several seating areas. with tables for outdoor dining. You can also take a swim in your private lap pool or enjoy a cool one in the hot tub, overlooking the secluded green space.

Very Nice

My friends and I had a very enjoyable time at this home. There are plenty of places to sleep, the layout is nice, it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen is nice, well stocked, and has quality, modern appliances. The location is nice and convenient to west side spring training ballparks. Goodyear Ballpark is actually within walking distance if you really like to walk.

Very nice home and very convenient to the south west suburbs of Phoenix. Everything worked well and was clean. The hot tub was my favorite. The host did a great job and was very responsive before, during and after our stay. highly recommend this place.

Great house, great location, great hosts

My family had an amazing time at this house. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were in it every day. The house has a great kitchen, lots of bed rooms and a sweet queen bunk room. They house location is near a lot of stores and restaurants, and has easy access to the freeway. The hosts are also great. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful Goodyear

This was an amazing location for us right between our daughters homes n large enough to host the grandkids n family. The home is lovely n well taken care of with incredible amenities. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying here for our vacation in Arizona. We had plenty of room for our family and the location was fantastic. The home was as described and was furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was great and we would definitely stay again.

House was within 2mi of grocers, restaurants, and highways manking it easy to have everything we needed. House was a perfect layout for 'hosting'. Pool and view were perfect for the price. Owners were active and responsive.

Comfortable home great host!

Comfortable home with a great spa and pool. Very quiet area, which allowed us to relax and unwind. Although we didn’t need much, you could see by everything in the home that Brenda thinks of everything to make her guests comfortable. Forgot something at home..... you can be pretty sure Brenda has it taken care of!!
