We wanted a place close to my Sister in her community and this was perfect. Very comfortable and even had a few things to get you started (condiments, water etc.) We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Great communication also. We would definitely rent there again

Convenient for our family

Stay at this property over Thanksgiving week because it is near where our senior family members live and didn't want to be in a hotel. This house was perfectly located for our needs, well equipped, very clear instructions on procedures and easy, crisp, check-in instructions. We didn't use the pool (too cold) but it looked fantastic and all towels and floaters provided. Would recommend and we hope to stay here again on future visits.

We were close to golf courses and shopping! Streets were empty by 8:30, and very quiet. We really enjoyed the lemon and orange trees back by the pool. No swimming this trip, the water was too cold.

Above and Beyond

We loved our 6 week stay in her cute home. Jill went above and beyond to make sure our time there was enjoyable. She helped with setting up the recreation center pass before we arrived. My husband had a serious medical emergency during the end of our stay. Jill made sure my needs were met and gave me peace of mind in case I had to extend my stay. Although I haven't met her in person, she went above and beyond as a friend would do. Thank you Jill!

Great vacay stay!

We had absolutely everything we needed in this lovely Sun City West home (including perfect weather)! The 2 bedrooms with king beds were a treat when our son and his wife came for a couple of days. While it was too chilly to use the pool, sitting outside and soaking up sunshine was fantastic! We look forward to coming back!!

Nice Time in Sun City West

This property was very clean and the whole house is very comfortable. The pool area is also well-maintained. The living area was great for relaxing and watching TV. The master bedroom was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The location was quiet--and we liked that. Also, when we walked around the neighborhood, everyone was friendly and their properties were well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house to people who want to spend time in Sun City West.

Turned out to be a golf vacation

We were interested in learning more about Sun City West because we are retiring. The owner said we would not be able to use the gym or pools Or any other facility available to owners. In checking with the rec center we discovered it would have been possible for a fee by us with the owners permission. The pool at the house was not heated and too cold to swim and so we played golf, a lot of golf
