Nestled in the foothills this beautiful 4 acre estate has plenty of room to roam! Perfect for large gatherings, family reunions, or special events. With a large eat-in kitchen, billiard room downstairs, and plenty of lounging spaces this is a home that invites you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Use the hot tub to unwind or the pickleball court to break a sweat, this home has something for everyone!

Please note there is a separate rental unit and workshop in the back located in a detached building. For exclusive rental access to the entire property please let us know!

* FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.

You DO NOT share ANY living spaces. All outdoor amenities EXCEPT the hot tub, and fireplace are shared between this and the other unit on property. You have exclusive access to these two outdoor amenities. Need more space or privacy? Inquire about renting the entire property today!

- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Please note however pets and animals (including service animals) are permitted in the two bedroom basement unit ONLY. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.


*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.
