"This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again!"

We never received a call as promised to let us know the room was ready, so we returned shortly after 4 to pick up keys. We had a car rental and we were able to drive around town and the property has plenty of parking and easy access from the parking lot to the rooms. We were in town for the national taekwondo championship and my girls enjoyed the pool every other night. The pool was clean and they...

"the staff manning the registration/check in area were great. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have rooms ready well past the check in time and there were many unhappy people crowding the reception area. I guess they need more staff to clean the rooms as they were fully booked."

It's just parking that is next to the hotel. Everytime you leave and come back you have to pay for a full day or parking. ...come and to 3 times...pay for 3 days worth or parking."
