"Everything was perfect,except having to go outside to smoke.Why not use Air purifiers for smokers? I do at home and they work really well."

"The only issue we had was in the bathroom. If you have any disabilities, the bathroom is very small and the shower is awkward and there is no grab bars."

"We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience."

"It was a rainy Memorial Day weekend but the whole experience there is just wonderful! From the friendliness of the staff to the super nice breakfast spread to the stuffed haddock with lobster sauce for dinner, everything was lively."

"My room was clean and updated. The one issue was the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night when I hadn’t set it. Once a loud buzz sounded like a fire alarm & the next night music. They did finally resolve it after that. "

"The room was very clean. The property was fantastic. It was too cold to use the pool but both the pool and pool area were amazing. Loved that we had two chairs on the deck outside of our room that faced the pool to sit and relax on. Staff was amazing especially the manager (forgot her name). The Surfhouse a very short walk to the ocean and everything!!! We will be staying again. Book it you will LOVE it!!!!"

"The room had an amazing porch with view of water. Leather bound book with directions for Air conditioner, Nespresso machine, TV, rules on the property and local places to eat. Easy walk to beach area, no access with high tide. Great seating area, great for long walks. Room small, perfect for 1 person, microwave and small fridge. In back the venue has a variety of seating, times for food, music . Small pool overlooking the venue. Awesome."
