And check out the Phillipstown Depot Theater across the tracks -- an intimate, compelling creative space. Great bookstore nearby, and an art gallery. And minutes from Cold Springs and the magnificent Graymoor Franciscan Center. We loved our stay."

"Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. "

Don was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions regarding what to see in the area. Sunsets were beautiful and directly in front of the house as if they were choreographed! "The owner was quick to reply to questions and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The space wa even gmbigger then I realized. Overall great space and will stay in again :)"
