Summer guests: The large and lovely pool (20' by 40') is located within a gated area adjacent to the owner's home. We're delighted to schedule your private use during agreed-upon hours, and generally between 10 am and 8 pm. Cushioned lounge chairs and pool towels make the visit even more comfortable!

Guest access
You are welcome to all of the loft and its attached porch, and the yard. The pool is situated between the rental and the owner's home / private living space. Please contact the host to schedule your hours for private use of the pool, with your agreement to comply with all safety measures. Thank you!

Other things to note
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted in the unit or on the property. Guests who smoke in the room will be assessed a fee for the additional cleaning this requires.
