Unwind in Philadelphia at this welcoming apartment. This cozy space features a serene bedroom and a gorgeous living room with a comfy twin bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, and more. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Philadelphia and our apartment has to offer.
This newly renovated unique style place is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. It is the 2nd unit in a 3 level apartment Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Home is sanitized following str guidelines. All brand new smart TV’s. FREE WIFI. You will find all the necessary dishware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. Guests will have full access to the unit. You can come and go as you like. There’s an electronic lock, you will get your personal access code. I am available 24/7, so just give a call if you need anything. I am available 24/7, so just give a call if you need anything. While you may have the house to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to question or concerns regarding the city of Philadelphia. Parking:
You can park on either side of the road relatively close to the property and there is always parking available
Rules Reminders:

NO PARTIES! ONLY 4 guest allowed anymore YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY No gatherings you are responsible of damages and cleaning up(all decorations must be removed and trash must be picked up and put in trash bags)- Quiet Hours: 11 p.m. on weekdays and 12 a.m. on weekends.- No Smoking In the living room or upstairs. Outdoor smoking is allowed ! - No illegal drugs and/or activities of any kind-No Pets on the furniture- Confirm visitors or extra guests ahead of time. Respect our Property- Enjoy your stay! Please note the rules are to protect guests and our neighbors. Reach out asap if you did not read the rules before booking.

Management did not provide the listed amenities!!!!

The unit's listing described it as having WiFi and smart TVs. The manager provided me with the check-in codes that contained a WiFi code; however, when I arrived (Wed.), there was no WiFi, which also meant that the TVs were not functional. I reached out to the manager, and they mentioned that they had turned off the WiFi due to excessive usage, but it was set to be reconnected on Thursday or Friday. The manager did not check in later. However, on Friday night, the manager messaged me to inquire whether the occupants in the unit beneath me were bothering me, as the neighbor reported that about 20 individuals were present, and they would evict them from the unit. I inquired once more about the Wifi, but they had no new information for me. Therefore, I asked if they would provide compensation for the trouble, as I couldn't watch TV or use my computer for work (which forced me to stay out of the unit most of the time). They inquired whether I wished to extend my stay for another day, to which I responded that I am flying out on Sunday and would not change my flight. I inquired whether I could at least receive a discount on what I had paid, but the manager ceased to respond
