Great location! Building is located near Rittenhouse sq, footsteps from restaurants and shopping centers. Pet friendly. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Both bedrooms comes with a queen size beds. First bathroom comes with a bathtub, second one comes with a shower. WiFi is included. Very comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. Walking distance to Philadelphia Art Museum.

The apartment itself is clean, centrally located, adequately but sparsely furnished. The host was great. It was ideal for what we needed, which was a place to sleep after going out to catch games and see Philly. The downsides were the hallway and stairs leading up to the apartment were pretty dirty and dank, and we couldn't get cable to watch the NCAA games (we were in Philly for March Madness) in other cities. So, if you plan on staying in and hanging out with friends, this might not be your cup of tea. If you want a launching pad for seeing Philly at a great price, then this is for you.

This apartment is in a nice area and the host is very accommodating and friendly. Its a little rundown and the couch and beds arent super comfortable but it was perfect for what we needed and overall enjoyed our stay.

The bathrooms need to be updated the master batch shower curtain was 4” to short so we couldn’t use it - to avoid a flood The second bathroom light fixture was held up with a toothbrush holder and grout was very dirty The kitchen had mismatched dishes glasses likely from a yard sale

The location was really good, but there wasn’t good communication about the heating system settings. For the first three days, the apartment was very cold, and we had to figure out how to increase the temperature in a very tricky way. There were also issues with both bathrooms. The master bathroom sink and the toilet in the separate bathroom were draining very slowly and were almost clogged. Additionally, there was a problem with the hot water in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

There was no washcloths no dishes. The place is ran down and need to be updated. It should not be rented out to no one. Mouse traps underneath the sink. No glasses of cups. No plates is just a terrible place. No parking place only thing good about it. Was the location. I gave it a one star for overall place

Location is great! Beds are comfortable. The sitting room is good for family to gather. Bathrooms could use some attention; shower curtain to reach floor in one (water gets all over floor); light fixture needs to be fixed in second. Could also use more utensils in the kitchen. WiFi went out on a business day and not corrected until after hours. So, pros and cons here, and I would say the pros of location, beds, and sitting area win out.

Short stay with good location

Our family of four, along with our dog, stayed here because of the great location near the Million Dollar Bike Ride. Parking in the area can be challenging, so be prepared to use paid parking nearby. The Vrbo was comfortable overall, though a few minor issues stood out: the main bathroom light fixture was broken and temporarily supported by the bathroom cupboard, one kitchen cabinet door was loose, and the kitchen had a limited selection of utensils and cookware. The hosts were very accommodating when we asked for a later check-out time, even though we ended up leaving at the usual check-out time. We really appreciated their flexibility and helpfulness.

Location was great!Convenient paid parking across the street Dissatisfied with:1. Mold and mouse traps beneath kitchen sink 2. Not enough dishes and those that were there were dirty.3. Used feminine product beneath bed 4. Shower curtain didn’t fit properly and fell off wall 5. Light bedside bed didn’t work 6. Light above bathroom sink was too low, and would have come off wall if mirrored vanity had been opened 7. No hand towels in kitchen or baths Would not recommend this Vrbo unless above issues are rectified

Flexibility and communication

I messed up and reserved the condo for the day before I needed it, and didn't realize my mistake until that day. The owner was extremely understanding, communicative, and flexible. We were able to get everything straightened out immediately.
