"Memorable First Visit to the Finger Lakes – Even Better Than Expected!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, including Seneca and Keuka Lakes, Watkins Glen, Geneva, and even an Amish Flea Market. We visited four wineries, went hiking, kayaking, and enjoyed so many other activities that made our trip unforgettable.The property itself was exactly as advertised. "This is a very charming house and location. The lake view is beautiful, from outdoors and indoors as well. The property owner was very responsive and checked in to ensure we arrived and gave us contacts if needed. Very clean, nice yards, with a nice deck to sit and have breakfast and dinner to enjoy the lake. The dock has a sitting area, which is nice. We unfortunately did not have enough time but did want to use the kayaks that tge owner makes available. I woukd highly recommend this to anyone...

"Throughout the years we have stayed at many vacation rentals. One can tell right away when the owner cares about the renters. The owner of this place definitely does. He included many extras such as a welcome bottle of wine and multiple areas with fresh cut flowers. The house was well equipped, very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful."

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"This is a beautiful and reasonably priced vacation for any couple looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a clean, small one bedroom cottage with a lovely view of Seneca lake. Maryanne thinks of everything when you arrive with a full kitchen and all the info you need to find local eateries, wineries and excursions. We would definitely stay again. 10 of 10."

"Clean and plenty of essentials (paper towels, napkins, tissues, etc. Cozy and comfortable. Host was terrific - very responsive. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed 3 days for a wedding celebration. Great location that was near all the venues we were going to. Spacious home that was a great gathering place for my family and friends. Great communication from the hosts. Had a great stay"

"Great location right on the lake. The house had everything we needed for our family reunion for 5 nights. We rented the pontoon boat for a day, very convenient and fun! I recommend this home for a nice lake vacation. "
