"Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery.
All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went."

"This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!"

"very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. plenty of parking. 'very effecient and courteous desk clerk. When I was checking in there were several in front of me and several more arrived right after me. The clerk did not get razzeled and maintained her compusure. She apologized but had no reason to for the extra time it was taking to register me but again there were several groups arriving at the same time.
The cost for the room was very fair for the lodging."

"The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again."

"The breakfast was actually great for a hotel breakfast. Had a pancake maker, waffles, hot breakfast, cold options, and drinks and coffee. The lady checks your room number and how many people as you walk in to each which is a little strange and off putting but overall the staff was very kind. The room was okay as far as cleanliness. It had a strange smell like wet dog and we found hairs in the bathtub area that were certainly not ours. Also hairs stuck around the bottom of the toilet from where...
