"Great place to stay"

"So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. TV has a mind of its own would turn off and on like another remote control was controlling it or something. I have no idea, but it was a stay as my new apartment I was supposed to move into had water damage so needed to...

"Had 3 cockroaches in our room, and visible evidence in the hallway on day two (egg sac and legs on the floor). Elevator sounded terrible and it seemed as though only one of the two worked, but even the one was broken on one day of our stay. Room was not that clean when we checked in, but was passable until we saw the roaches. Would avoid until these items are fixed."

"AC is the one olds in the wall, everything was cracked or rusted, pictures do NOT match the hotel. Pool is extremely small and dirty, windows were busted open on the second floor, breakfast was horrible, work out room had 4 machines."

"I discovered the TV screen in the living area was shattered after plugging it in. The AC in the room halfway worked; the little door to the buttons department was broken off. The room alarm clock and hairdryer were missing. I ended up having to go to work with my hair up in a bun, wet. After notifying the front desk, I was not asked if I needed those items replaced or for me to change rooms. I actually stayed at this hotel a week prior and had no issues."

I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

"Nice hotel. I didn’t use the amenities or breakfast. The room was clean and modern. The staff sent out texts to see if I needed anything which was nice.parking was close to the entry point where my room was."
