"Amazing hotel. It seems quite new. The room was very spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the entrance to Petra. Great to have the rooftop pool to cool down after we did the hike from Little Petra. Could not fault anything in this hotel. Great stay! "

"My stay was excellent. Thr property is very conveniently located and is only 1 min away from Petra's visitor center. The staff at the front desk (Rami) was very gracious to offer me a 2-hour late checkout so that I can freshen up after my visit to Petra. That was very mich appreciated."

"Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed. But overall an excellent experience and one of the best on our travels so far. Thank you. "

"It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice. "

We forgot our passports in a restaurant and the hotel manager and staff were extremely helpful in contacting the restaurant for us. we were able to get them back by 7:30am even though the restaurant doesn't open until 10am. They were also very pleasant and not pushing for 5-star reviews like most other hotels and tours we took. Seemed very genuine and were interested in us having a good time. "Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests."

"100% recommend. The staff is extremely atrentive, friendly and attentive. Clean room, delicious breakfast in the morning and the spa is very nice. There are also beautiful views from the window.
