UpNorth Getaway almost in the Heart of the City

It is conveniently located and walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway.
The apartment boasts of a private porch with views of Little Traverse Bay. The unit consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bath with a tub shower combination, living room with a pull out sofa bed (double bed size with inflatable mattress), and dining area with seating for 4.
Features: Cable, central air, washer, dryer, paved 1 car paved driveway, BBQ and outdoor seating.

The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 4 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.

There is a propane BBQ available ready to use. The propane tank is in place with a spare tank close by for your convenience.

The suite is cleaned and sanitized based on best practices provided by VRBO.

The property was updated and spotless, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The back balcony provided terrific views, and being just a block from the beach made it easy to catch the perfect sunset. Our one-night stay was too short, and we're already looking forward to a longer trip back.

The place was wonderful. Updated, clean and had everything you'd need. The view from the deck was spectacular. It's a 30 second walk to the lake and an easy walk up into downtown. Karen, the host was so friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely go back!!

The perfect place to stay in Petoskey! Easy walk into Downtown for dining and shopping, and great for cycling and exploring other towns/areas. This house far exceeded our expectations! It was extremely well stocked, beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, private, quiet, and had a wonderful place outside to enjoy the weather and beauty of the “Little Traverse Bay”. Also, the host was wonderful! We would love to return someday and would recommend this house to anyone!

Cozy and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay while it was short it was very nice. We had everything we needed within the room including a washer and dryer but we didn't need it this time. Bed and furniture were all clean and comfortable. We would recommend this property.

Karen’s guest suite was just perfect for our weekend stay! It was super clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. The sofa was comfy and the sleeper blow up in the sofa was awesome! Her place is in a nice, quiet location….quick walk into town.
