"The place was impeccably clean, and considering I'm a germaphobe, that's quite remarkable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, we really appreciated the peaceful countryside location. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back again."

"We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) "Nice property and convenient location to Hollywood Cemetery, Allianz Ampitheater & Carytown. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking. Have to rave about the beds! The most comfortable rental beds we’ve ever slept in! Fluffy, soft sheets, lots of pillows. All 3 beds were comfortable! Very pleased with our choice! "

"I booked this home for my daughter's 16th, Teen approval beautiful home, location and friendly neighbors. Very clean, immediate response and welcoming messages from the host. I most definitely recommend for family fun. Loaded with games, game room. We play games for quality time and engagement. The pictures do no justice the space and view is immaculate, beautiful settings down to the decor and amenities and everything you need there for household stay. 10/10"

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"The cabin was perfectly located in front of the lake. Almost felt like our personal lake. We took the canoe with my wife and the pups and had a great time."

"My partner and I visited the area to explore the VMFA. The property was well maintained and just as the photos on the listing portrayed. Our host even went grocery shopping for us which was a beautiful surprise. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We are definitely planning on visiting the area again due to our experience this weekend. "

"The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, the AC wasn’t cooling properly. We contacted the host around 7:00 PM on a Friday—the hottest day of the year in RVA—and she immediately arranged for an AC technician. Remarkably, the tech arrived within 30 minutes and resolved the issue that evening. We really appreciated the quick action and dedication to guest comfort."

"This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!"
