"This historic home was extremely well-furnished with lots of interesting decor and books to look at and a comfy couch. Each room has its own mini-split AC, and could control the temp separately. I loved the design of the kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and a coffee pot. The bed was so luxurious and comfy, it was perfect for the overnight stay. "This was my second time staying at this VRBO, and it was as great as the first time!! Having a comfortable place to land made our time in Boonville with old school buddies even more enjoyable. And our host was as responsive and accommodating as the first time I stayed! You can’t go wrong staying at this adorable rental!!!"

"This was a great little place to stay. The property owners were so kind to me and the property was exactly as advertised. It was fabulous to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen! Everything was clean and spacious, and I would definitely stay here again. My only small concern was when the air conditioner would kick on it was very loud blowing through the duct work. My guess is because it has an industrial style hvac system, but on the bright side it Stayed nice and cool! "

"My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure. Would love to stay longer next time, and explore...

"This was our group’s second stay in the Sunflower House. It is everything we needed for a weekend stay in Rocheport. Comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, convenient. Highly recommend!"

"We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. "

"Absolutely had a wonderful experience. From the time we booked the stay and even after we departed. We feel that Jill went above our expectations of what a good host would be and the home was immaculate. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and because of this stay it will not be our last. "Attending an out of state family reunion. Home is exactly as described and was very clean. Kitchen had items to make your stay easy should you decide to cook. If not DQ is two blocks away! "

"Lois has a wonderfully appointed tiny home on her farm, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The bonus bed/futon was a nice surprise as it meant I didn’t have to share a bed with my 6’1” son. The snacks and water were also a nice end to an exhausting day on the trail. I might only suggest a new shower head to help overcome the showers size. "

"Easy access, quiet worked great for our needs. Only one thing was air conditioning was turned off so when we arrived after 5 pm it was very hot, took about 3 hours to cool down. "

"What a special place to stay while in Glasgow! Everything was perfect and a special touch to have a local pastry for breakfast for our 36th wedding anniversary. So comfortable and there isn’t one thing I would add. They have thought of everything. I highly recommend! If you plan to spend time in Glasgow there is more to do Thursday - Saturday."
