"We stayed at the property for a family wedding at the nearby Vineyard. Perfect location for this venue, as it is just a couple minute drive. House was clean, bright, with plenty of room for our family. It was nice to have a refrigerator with an ice maker, and also a coffeemaker. The patio in the back gives a view of the lake, and a large yard for kids to play. The price was very reasonable, and Daniel made check in and out very simple. "This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! "We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. "

"We visited for 2 nights for a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. The kids loved the backyard to play in and the space they had to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. She left extra goodies for the kids and offered suggestions of places to go in the area.
