"Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast "

"The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable."

"The bed is one of the best I've ever slept in and I've slept in a lot of hotel beds. The breakfast was also very nice because they had yogurt, tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, waffles and pancakes, cereal, milk, bananas, etc"

"Parking is a bit cramped, but there's also on street parking. We stayed in the downstairs room with two queen beds. Lovely set up on ground floor, but the shower, meant for handicap accessibility, did not fully drain, leaving the floor with inch-deep water. Very slippery even when most of the water was gone."

"Pool is small. The area has some sketchy people around it once you pass the railroad tracks (which you have to pass to get in and out to the main road.) One of the outlets was coming out of the wall and there was still hair in the shower."

"This hotel has everything to be a gem but it is run down and it can use a good upgrade. Hallways smell like cigarette (not the room) and the floors and rooms could use an upgrade too. The carpets look like they havent been replaced for the past 20 years. Staff SUPER nice and willing to make u feel at home. "

"For the price and location I’d say it was fair. The complex is huge. Hosting 3 different motel chains. There was evidence of a county homeless navigation centers emergency housing in several units and the mental health issues that go with that. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. A guy from a local Christian Denomination stood out front with a bull horn and conducted a sermon on Saturday night till 9pm. I thought that showed the county at heart. Compassion and hope re hard to find in this fair...

"Didn’t show up on the system I left a $60 deposit. Customer service is very bad expect for Jenny. She was able to figure it out after waiting. Rooms need a remodel ASAP. Won’t be back for sure."

"Our room was clean but very old, e.g. parts of floor peeling up, older mattress, old caulking, noisy AC. The breakfast offered was only coffee, juice, 2 cereals, and a muffin. The room was spacious, and the swim pool was clean."

"ask for dishes and pot set and you are good to go for cooking. brteakfast is coffee and hot water for tea and a packaged muffin, coffee was fine for me. full size fridge and freezer. staff are excellent when needed : )"

"Great place to stay if you are in Sonoma county. This is our 4th stay in last 2 years as we come up there for a short vacation. This place is great, very easy and friendly. Helpful staff. There is a mall very close and next door to Costco so very family friendly. Warm water pool is a plus that kids love. Plenty of restaurants nearby, covers wide range of choice. We will surely stay here again when we come up. "
