The property is located in the charming Monte San Bartolo Park fantastic panoramic balcony on top of a hill dominating the coast and the Adriatic Sea and the beaches of Gabicce Mare and Pesaro which are easily reached on foot (15 minutes walking)
Luciano Pavarotti loved spending holiday in his villa in this area. There are also several interesting places within 30 minutes driving like Rimini, Urbino, San Marino, Riccione, Pesaro, Fano and Senigallia. The owner of the villa is a wine producer and in his cellar it is possible to buy excellent bottles of his nectar. Extra costs are payable at location: Visitor's tax 2 euro per day per person Swimming pool is open from 1st of May till 30th of September.
