"The apartments are very nice and spacious. There is a grocery store less than a five minute walk away which was very convenient. It was about a 25 minute bus ride to Salzburg, but the views are very beautiful and the bus stop is very close by to the apartments. They also offer free transportation during your stay so that was super unique and amazing! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, as well, with a big mountain right in front of you. "Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"Perfect place to stay that ticket all the boxes we needed it to! Very central location, clean and modern accommodation, quiet rooms and great communication in the lead up to the stay and an easy check in process. I would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"We had a brilliant stay at the hotel, in one of the balcony apartments.
It was very roomy and spotlessly clean.
The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful with their advice and tips on getting around the city and its sights.
We would highly recommend the Hotel zum Hirschen to any potential future guests."
