Charming traditional villa of 140 m2 south facing in the Luberon.
Perfect for a family, with private heated pool of 9m X 4m without vis-à-vis and its pool house of 40 m2 fully equipped (BBQ, plancha, fridge etc ...). An enclosed garden of 1100 m2, with petanque, table tennis.
Every Sunday, we like to offer our guests, breakfast (fresh bread and pastries ...) to cocooner a little ... We also take care of the maintenance of the pool every week.
Our house is located at 1. 2 km from the center of Pertuis, close to all amenities, bakery, pharmacy, cinema, supermarket.
Near the city center but also vineyards and nature, lovers of walking and cycling will be delighted.
Pertuis is ideally located in the heart of Provence and Luberon, 25 minutes from Aix en Provence or Gordes, 20 minutes from Lourmarin or other small villages typical Provencal and 45 minutes from the sea (Marseille, Cassis, The Crown etc ...). The cities of Orange, Nîmes are 1 hour drive and the Côte d'Azur offers you the arms just 2 hours drive ... What discover a wide range of all that Provence and the PACA region can offer you.
Our house has on the ground floor: a master suite (bed 160) with walk-in shower, separate toilet, kitchen, a large cathedral entrance, a dining room, a lounge equipped with a baby foot Bonzini for the joy of big and small and a laundry. On the floor 2 rooms, 1 Sdb with tub and 1 TOILET.
The entire house has a refreshing floor which offers a very pleasant feeling of well being. Possibility to park in the field.
Internet connection (wifi) and telephone, large screen with video projector, television with Netflix.
During the summer you can enjoy festivals in the area as well as night markets. Pertuis is also not far from the Verdon. You will enjoy the beauty of the Luberon, its wealth, the gastronomy of Provence; You can visit the city of Aix en Provence, spend time at sea if you like, or opt for a day at the lake of Sainte Croix.
Staying with us is a parenthesis that you will not be ready to forget ...

Beautiful home in the Provence

The beautiful villa in Pertuis is ideally located to discover the Luberon, Vaucluse and even the sea is close by. The home scores a 10/10 on all aspects. It mentions 2 bathrooms but you can count 3. 1 shower room with toilet in the pool house was used by our son as the 3rd . The house is well designed and very spacious. Even with hot weather the floor made of natural stone kept the house very cool. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Isabelle and Philippe . There was a welcome present (2 nice bottles and home made marmalade). Which was just the cherry on the cake. We arrived on a Saturday and the Sunday we were spoiled with breakfast. Even though the hosts were next door, they respected our privacy, but in case we needed them they would be there to help. I will recommend this villa to everyone . Thank you Isabelle and Philippe for sharing your home. Sofie, Ronny, Liselotte and Jari

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. La Villa est superbe avec sa piscine chauffée et son baby-foot. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et ont été aux petits soins avec nous. La Villa est très bien située pour visiter les Plus beaux villages du Lubéron.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Phillipe and Isabelle were very discrete yet helpful hosts. The villa is stunning and with lots of unique decorations and the outside space met all of our requirements - the garden, the pool, the outside kitchen and the ping pong table!! Would highly recommend this property.

Une superbe maison où vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés. On adoré ! Photos tout à fait en ligne avec la réalité, maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, chouette piscine, beau jardin... Propriétaires absolument charmants, très disponibles et réactifs. Et miam le petit déj du dimanche matin :-) avec en prime les figues et le raisin de la propriété ! Situation assez idéale pour rayonner dans la région et découvrir les beaux villages du Luberon, entre vignes et oliviers...

Perfect for a family holiday

The week before the trip our booking changed to cancelled. After a few stressful calls I was advised that it was a website error. This was dealt with quickly by the Vrbo team and property owner, Phillipe. The house was as expected - very stylish with lots of quirky and interesting decor. It was also every clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. From the details I had expected it to be a bit more in the countryside - it was on the edge of Pertuis. So a little more in the town than expected but easy to access everything we needed. Lots of supermarkets nearby and beautiful villages and chateaux. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday - the outdoor eating and lounge areas were great and we loved the seating area, fridge and bbq area by the pool - this was used a lot (as was the table tennis table and boules set!). The property owners were nearby so you can easily reach them if you need to but we didn’t - all went very smoothly. I’d highly recommend the house - it was perfect for our needs.

Lovely house with fantastic outdoor area & swimmingpool!

The house has everything you need and more. All small things are taken care of: tablets for dishwasser, toiletpaper, soap for your laundry etc. Through floorcooling the house stays very comfortable when it is hot inside. Big fridge both inside and in the outside kitchen. Very kind and respectful owners. Only point of improvement is that there is limited space in the cupboards of the bedrooms to put your clothes. People in the village are very friendly!

Sublime!

Parfois les photos sont trompeuses. Ce n´est clairement pas le cas chez Philippe et Isabelle qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le tout dans la discrétion puisqu´ils sont vos voisins durant les vacances! Dégustation des saveurs locales, petits déjeuner le dimanche matin amené sous la pergola, bon plans locaux,... sercice au top! La maison est superbe, fraîche, bien décorée et on s´y sent directement bien! Comme chez soi! Un endroit calme, agréable propice à la détente, aux loisirs et aux douceurs de Provence ! Et en prime, une belle rencontre avec ce couple de propriétaire super sumpathique! Hâte de vous y retrouver Philippe et Isabelle!

Juste parfait !

Superbe villa provençale proposant tous les équipements de confort pour savourer pleinement cette semaine dans le Luberon. Tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce : du plancher rafraichissant à la magnifique piscine, sans oublier la très agréable terrasse ombragée. Merci à Isabelle et Philippe pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, point de départ idéal pour découvrir cette magnifique région.

Super vakantie gegarandeerd!

Prachtig huis en zeer vriendelijke eigenaren! Leuk dorpje, 20 min. van Aix en Provence, 45 min naar Marseille, Gorges de Verdon en toffe andere bezienswaardigheden allemaal in de buurt. Villa zelf is volledig uitgerust en kinderen amuseren zich met de tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal en zwembad. Communicatie was super, eigenaren zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Als je in deze buurt een huis zoekt om te huren is dit absoluut een aanrader!

Warm welcome in the Luberon

If you are looking for a villa that has it all: pool, outdoor kitchen, cold water cooling, huge TV, table football etc, this is a great place. In addition, the house is decorated with great care, giving it very much a place like home. Communication and hospitality of the owners - who also stayed on the premises - were great. We liked the little extras very much: from the wine to not having to think about the dish washer tablets! Location near Pertuis and not far from nice villages, Aix or even the sea come on top of that. Highly recommend!

Superbe villa pour vacances réussies

Très agréable séjour dans la maison d' Isabelle et Philippe. L'intérieur est élégamment décoré, très bien équipé et pour l'extérieur, tout est bien agencé autour de la piscine. La terrasse ombragée permet de profiter du jardin à tout moment. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et nous recommandons cette adresse.

Beautiful villa in perfect location

Beautiful house situated near a lovely small village. Everything you could need was catered for by Philippe & Isabelle, they were the perfect hosts! The house has all modern amenities, especially the state of art under floor aircon. No expense has been spared and it shows. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone visiting Pertuis and the surrounding areas. A visit to Aix en Provence is a must!

Top vakantiewoning

Zeer aangename en rustige vakantiewoning met ruim zwembad, waar men zich onmiddellijk thuis voelt. Eigenaars zijn zeer behulpzaam en zorgen voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het aangeboden ontbijt op zondag is een leuke attentie. De woning was goed onderhouden en het probleempje met de airco was snel verholpen. Kortom een echte aanrader voor wie de streek wil verkennen.

Fabulous break

Vi hadde en kjempe fin ferieuke, huset var bedre enn forventet og hadde alt man trenger. Fullt utstyrt. Flott svømmebasseng og utekjøkken. Veldig stilig dekorert hus med gjennomgående provence stil. Kort avstand til pertui. Veldig hyggelig vertsskap som tok oss godt imot og hjalp oss og ga gode råd om hva vi kunne se og gjøre. Kan anbefale dette huset på det sterkeste. Masse ting å gjøre en kort biltur unna. Anbefaler en tur til chateau la coste.

Great Place to Stay

Our week staying at Luberon Villa was both relaxing and without need for improvement. Philippe and Isabelle are fantastic hosts and would have been on hand should we have needed anything - not that we did :) All of the amenities in the villa are finished to a high standard. The pool and BBQ area made enjoying the weather even easier and the garden has been creatively assembled. Pertuis centre s a 15 minute walk with all the usual local shops available and there are numerous activities available including horse riding, wine tasting or rafting within a short drive - not that we wanted to leave the villa. Would highly recommend for both the warm welcome and the quality of the stay!!

Beautiful property and perfectly located for us

We had a fantastic holiday in Isabelle and Philippe's beautiful house. The house had everything we needed. The size was perfect for a family of four (three double bedrooms). The pool, the pool house and the garden area are a delight. The weather was hot in August and we spent a lot of time in the pool area. It is great for relaxing, cooling off in the pool and enjoying the barbecue facilities... including an outdoor fridge! The immediate area is peaceful and the neighbours were both friendly and helpful. Pertuis itself is an old Provence town with a good collection of restaurants and supermarkets... all you need. You are less than an hour's drive from the airport; 25 minutes drive from Aix-en-Provence; 75 minutes or so to Arles (well worth a visit). Philippe and Isabelle were perfect hosts and looked after us very well when we needed their help or advice. I hope we get to go back some day soon!

Tout simplement : FANTASTIQUE !!!

La maison de Philippe et Isabelle est tout simplement merveilleuse que l'on recherche un point de chute pour visiter les différents trésors de la Provence ou du Luberon ou pour assister à un des nombreux festivals qui existent dans la région (il y en a pour tous les gouts !) ou encore si comme nous, on cherche calme, tranquillité et grand soleil !! Toute la famille le dit, les grands comme les petits, cette maison est FANTASTIQUE !!! Elle nous a apporté la fraîcheur, grâce à son plancher rafraichissant, tout le nécessaire, car elle est très bien dotée en matériels de cuisine, électroménager et/ou en appareils multimédias et elle est très propre, très bien décorée ! Et cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires sont chaleureux, disponibles, accueillants et très discrets. Merci encore, Philippe et Isabelle, pour ces 2 semaines fabuleuses !!!!
